GM's Opel Division To Be Divided Between U.S. and Russian Governments.

From an Article in RioNovosti, a Russian online News Source, the Former Privately Owned GM division of Opel will be split mainly between the United States Government and Russian Government.

The Division will be as Follows: The United States Government Run GM will own 35%, with the Russian Government run Bank Sberbank and Russian Car Maker GAZ taking another 35%. The Canadian/Austrian company Magna will get 20% and the remaining 10% is to be given to the Opel Workers.

These little known facts are being left out of most Western News Agency Reports in an effort to make it appear that the Canadian/Austrian company Magna was essentially buying Up Opel. But according to the News coming out of Moscow, that is not the Case.

This is just another example of the Propaganda being Fed the United States Citizens in hope that they continue to ignore the Unconstitutional acts by the Administration in Seizing Private Businesses in order to Divide them up among anyone whom the President Chooses.

I find it rather Symbolic that the Capitalist Created GM Division of Opel is being Divided between the Former Communist Soviet Union and the New Emerging Marxist State of the U.S.

All this under the Guise of "Saving" Jobs. But While the U.S. Government is Busy "Saving" Jobs....

UPDATE 6/1/09 Tea Party Blogger Received Visit From FBI for Exercising His Freedom of Speech

Steve Shirk , An Atlanta Tea Party Protester and Blogger, was visited by an FBI Agent from the Joint Terrorism Task Force in April.

It appears that Mr. Shirk has started a Letter writing Campaign that got the attention of one Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. Senator Whitehouse received a Letter from Mr. Shirk complaining about the Outrageous, Out of Control Government Spending and the Unconstitutional Take Over of Private Business. This Letter was enough to alarm the Senator to the Point that he Turned it over to the FBI, complaining that Mr. Shirk could be a possible "Domestic Terrorist", Hence Mr. Shirk's Visit by the FBI.

According to Mr. Shirk's Blog, this is how the "Visit" Proceeded:

"The FBI agent was very polite and respectful. He explained why I had been targeted and by whom, Senator Whitehouse, and assured me that this would be the end of it. I explained to him in answer to his questions what and why I had written. He agreed that I have the constitutional right to express my dissatisfaction with government policy. The last thing he said to me was to advise that I keep expressing my opinions."

It appears that there are many in the Government that are sympathetic to Tea Parties and the Cause. For the FBI Agent to encourage Mr. Shirk to "keep Expressing his Opinions" follows a pattern I see from these Sympathetic Patriots in the Government. The 3 Reports that Home Land Security wrote calling Tea Partiers, Anti-Abortionists, Defenders of the Constitution and other "Conservative" type Americans "Domestic Terrorists" were supposed to be kept Secret. But in each instance, someone in the Government "Leaked" each report to the Media so that this Fascist type "Hit List" would be exposed.

But what Mr. Shirk's experience and other's around the Nation are showing, is that these "Domestic Terrorist" reports are being used, despite Home Land Security's insistence that they were somehow written by "Mistake" and have not been Circulated.

Just a few weeks ago, a Man in Louisiana was detained by Police for a Half an hour because he had a "Don't Tread on Me" decal on his car. After a Back Ground Check for any links to "Extremist Groups", he was released with a warning about how his Decal was "Subversive" and "Dangerous."

If we add up these accounts of Dissenting Citizens receiving "Visits" or being "Detained" with the Administrations lack of Fear in "Threatening" Private Business that get in the Way of their Agenda, we can see that these are not Random Acts by Rouge Representatives of the Government, but an Actual Intimidation Campaign by a Federal Government that is Out of Control.

Or as many of My Readers know.....We Call it TYRANNY.

Marine Gets Persecuted for Marine Corps Decals on Car

In Dallas Texas a Disabled Marine (Once a Marine, Always a Marine), is being told that he must remove his Marine Corps Decals by his Neighborhood Association.

According to Channel 4 Fox in Houston, Frank Larison, a Disabled Vet and "Former" Marine, has seven Marine Corps Decals on his Car. According to the Homeowners Association (HOA) , no Cars or homes are allowed to have advertisements of any kind. They consider the Marine Corps Decals an advertisement.

Fox 4 said that the Problem with this Argument is that:

"FOX 4 cameras spotted bumper stickers for political parties, health causes, and other non-commercial interests on the property as well."

So it appears that other residents have Bumper Stickers on their Cars but Mr. Larison is the only one threatened with fines and a possible towing of the "Offending" Vehicle.

Sotormayor Ruled Against Free Speech in a Blogging Case

The President's pick for the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, in a Past Case between a School in Connecticut and the Free Speech Rights of Student a Blogger, ruled against the Student and Her exercise of the 1st Amendment. The First Amendment as worded in the Constitution says:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The case that Sotomayor ruled in, involved a Student who wished to run for Student Council, but was banned from doing so because the Student, on her own and time and on her Own Computer, posted on Her Blog that the superintendent and other officials were "douche bags" because they canceled a battle of the bands event that she had helped organize.

The Student's Mother challenged the ruling saying that the School violated her Daughter's Right to Free Speech, because she never said it on School Property or to the Individuals themselves but on the Internet from her own House and on her own time.

In March 2008, the case went to Court where Sotomayor sat on a panel that heard the Appeal claiming the violation of the Student's Constitutional Rights. Sotomayer, along with 2 other Judges, ruled against the Student Claiming that the Blog Posting created a:

“foreseeable risk of substantial disruption” at the student’s high school and that the teenager was not entitled to a preliminary injunction reversing a disciplinary action against her"

In Plain English, the fact that the Student Challenged the Authority of the School, might cause a "Disruption" in the Authority of the School and it's ability to dole out Punishment. The Fact that the School was Violating her Constitutional Rights for Punishing her for writing something Off-campus doesn't apply.

Or what they Really wanted to say was: DON' T QUESTION AUTHORITY!! YOU HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!

I think a Quote from an Article published on Connecticut's NBC Website Says it all:

“The continual expansion of the authority of school officials over student speech teaches a foul lesson to these future citizens,” Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told the New Britain Herald. “I would prefer some obnoxious speech [rather] than teaching students that they must please government officials if they want special benefits or opportunities.”

Nancy Pelosi, in China on a "Climate Change" Tour, said that a Safe Environment is a Human Right that Demands:

This Attitude completely Explains the Reason for the Over Reaching and Unconstitutional 2009 Annual Census Survey. This Survey asks about Everything in your life from If you have Trouble putting on pants to What House you own, the type of Fuel it uses (Gas, Electric), How Much Energy you use by asking what your Energy Bills Cost every month, what kind of Car you Drive, How Far you Drive and How many People are riding in Your Car to Work. If Pelosi's Attitude becomes National Policy (as if it already hasn't) then we can all expect to receive these Unconstitutional Surveys so that the Government can decide if we are living a "Green" lifestyle. And this Attitude will allow the Government to access your Energy use though the "Smart Grid" that is being built by GE and the Federal Government and punish you accordingly with Higher Rates or restricting your Energy use.

The Problem with this Attitude and this Survey is that in the Constitution under the 4th Amendment, the Government does not have the Right to Seize your Personal Information (Papers) without a Warrant. Here is the 4th Amendment as it is written in the Constitution:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

This pesky "Constitution" keeps getting in the Way of the Progressives in this Country. That is why you always here the Argument that the Constitution and the Founders are "Old" and "Outdated" and that the Constitution just needs to be "Changed" to allow things like National Health care and other "Collective" Legislation to be Constitutional. They want to Change the Constitution so that it Protects "Collective Rights" instead of the "Individual and State Rights" that it was written to Protect.

So unless Nancy Pelosi and Congress makes living a Non-"Green" lifestyle Illegal so that they can then issue a Warrant to Seize your Personal Information to see on how You are 'Taking responsibility" for the Environment...then she is SOL.

But that won't stop the Federal Government from stepping all over the Constitution, since they are already doing it by taking over GM, Chrysler and the Financial Sector.

But what Congress Should realize is that the 2nd Amendment was placed in the Constitution because the Founders Knew Some Day that the Government would Stop Doing the Will of the People...

and Force the People to do the Will of the Government.

Census Questionnaire Goes Beyond Constitutional Bounds

The 2009 American Community Survey is a Yearly supplement to the Census every 10 Years and supposedly is randomly sent to Households across the United States. The Problem is the Survey is Unconstitutional in the fact that it asks specific, personal information that has nothing to do with the Counting of people in the Household.

According to the Constitution, the Census was a tool that would allow the proper number of Representatives in the House for each State depending on their population. The Exact Words from the Constitution are as Follows:

"Representation and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers ... . The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct."

-- Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States

There is nothing in this Article that allows the Government to ask How Many Bathrooms you have or if You have Trouble getting Dressed. That's Right, the Supplemental Census Survey even goes so far as to ask Where You Work, how Much You Make, what Kind of Car You Drive, and how Far You Commute. It Even asks if Your Kids are Adopted and If they Go To Private School or Public. Does your Toilet Flush, What Type of Dwelling you Live in, the Year it was Built, the Type of Fuel your Furnace uses, Cost of Water, Sewage, Electricity, if you get food stamps or not, the Highest Education Level in the Household, How well do you Speak English, Your Mental Health, Your Health Insurance, If you Served in the Military, How Many People Ride in Your Car to Work, the List Goes On And On.....

There is even a Special Race Section. Normally when you take any Survey, it will Give you a List of Races and ask you which one you Fit in, not this Survey, it has a Special Section that Says this:

Is Person 4 of Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin?

_No, not of Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin
_Yes, Cuban
_Yes, Mexican, Mexican Am., Chicano

Why...Because the Census is for Deciding the amount of Representatives each State Gets. So if they include Illegals on the Census, then they Hope more Liberal States with Large Populations of Illegals will be allowed more Representation, there by Solidifying the Progressives Future Reelection and allowing one Communist/Socialist type Agenda to be easily "Progressed" effectively Changing the Foundation of this Country forever. Basically making a one Party System without the Violent Revolution... That is Why.......

Don't like this Survey? Think it's Too invasive? If you Receive it in the Mail are you not going to Fill it out?...Think again. By Law if you Fail to Fill out this Survey and return it, you will be fined up to $5,000. If you Fill out the Form with the wrong information then you can be fined up to $500.

This "Survey" is just as Invasive and Unnecessary as the Fact that the Federal Government just recorded the GPS coordinates for every Home in the Nation, using the Census as an excuse. This is Too Much Information that is none of the Federal Governments Business.

Makes you wonder what they are going to do with the Fact that I may drive 50 miles to work, by My self in a Minivan....and Yes..I can Put on My own Pants.

Congressmen Threaten Private Business Owner For Exercising His Rights

According to an Article in Fox News, William Frey is being Intimidated with a veiled Threat by 6 Congressmen from the House Financial Services Committee, including Barney Frank.

Mr Frey Owns a company that compiles Mortgage Backed Securities and under the law he is says that:

"Any investor in mortgage-backed securities has the right to insist that their contract be enforced."

Mr Frey has been calling banks that hold his Securities and threatening law Suits if they try and renegotiate and of his Mortgage Back Securities, which lowers the value of his investment and is Legally his Right.


But Shortly after making these Calls, he received a Letter from 6 Members of the House Financial Services Committee. Included in that list of Names is Barney Frank. Follow the Link Below to see the Letter:

Is the Government Take Over of 2 of the Big 3 American Car Makers Legal?

There is only a Short Answer to this Question. Here is the Short Answer.

No, it's not legal. There is nothing in the Corporate Bankruptcy Code or the Constitution of the United States that Allows the Federal Government to Take Over a Privately held Company, even in Corporate Bankruptcy. The Excuse Given by the Federal Government for suddenly having the power to take over Businesses is that the FDIC can take over Banks before they fail so that there is not a disruption in service and to prevent run on Banks. So the Administration Feels that the Government can take over Companies that are Too Big to Fail in order to protect Jobs. (BS) Here is the Role of the FDIC as explained on their Website:

"To protect insured depositors, the FDIC responds immediately when a bank or thrift institution fails. The Big Problem with this Reasoning by the Federal Government is 2 Fold.

1.First the FDIC IS NOT A PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. For the Federal Government to claim Powers that are held by another Independent Company or Agency opens the Door for the Government to do Anything to Anyone, with no Restrictions.

2. Second the Powers to take over Private Business Willy Nilly IS NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION. There is NO LAW or CONSTITUTIONAL POWER that allows the Federal Government to Seize a Company JUST BECAUSE IT WANTS TO.

This minor Fact that the Federal Government is illegally seizing Financial Institutions and Auto makers in order to Push forth a Political agenda is being ignored in the Media. Which isn't surprising since the Administration is acting so fast that it makes it hard for anyone to combat any Unconstitutional Actions. It's tantamount to a Political "Shock and Awe" on the Protectors of liberty, being accomplished by the Progressives that are accomplishing a "bloodless" coup in this Country.

Which is why when you wake up every morning you feel that it isn't the same country it was when you went to sleep.

It's because it isn't...Every Night while you are sleeping.....the Armies of Collectivism have been feverishly working...hoping to overwhelm your senses and force you to either mentally shut down or get angry enough and become a "Right Wing Extremist" so that they can easily dismiss you as Nuts...or round you up later as a threat to the Nation.

Some may be saying, well "then why did that Court in New York Shoot down the attempt at stopping the Government Forced Bankruptcy based on Unconstitutional Grounds if it's illegal?"

Well the Judge Just happens to WORK for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and for a Judge to Come Out against an Administration that isn't Afraid to Threaten a Private Business with Destruction if they Fail to Go along with the Presidents Plan... Would Be Suicide for that Judge..That would Be the Last Ruling that Judge would make before he gets Demoted to Traffic Court in a Hick Town and the Government would Still take Over the Company Anyway.........

Besides you think your Scared, Imagine if you were one of the Few honest People in Government...You Would be Terrified and Probably Keep your Mouth Shut Too.

Woman in Texas Hospital Told to Take Down American Flag: Says it was Offensive

According to Channel 11 CBS News in Dallas, a Woman working as a supervisor in a local Hospital was asked to take Down Her American Flag, the one that she put up in her shared office before Memorial Day, because some people claimed it was Offensive.

She was told on Friday that one of Her Fellow Supervisors that Shared her Office and several Patients complained that the Flag was offensive, so it had to be removed. She said she was "Speechless". She was also quoted as saying:

"I find it very frightening because if I can't display my flag," she asked, "what other freedoms will I lose before all is said and done?"

The Flag that she hung on Her wall was a Standard 3x5 foot American Flag which she immediately took down. She was later told that as far as Patriotism was concerned, the Flag flying outside of the Hospital would have to suffice.

When this Story went National yesterday, the Hospital and the Head Quarters in Kentucky was flooded with Calls and e-mails from Angry Patriotic Americans.

According to an update on the Story, the Hospital has suddenly changed their Mind and is allowing the Woman to rehang her Flag. Now they claim it was not the Flag that was Offensive, but the Size.

North Korea Abandons 1953 Armistice that Ended Korean War

The North Korean Central News Agency announced Today:

“The Korean People’s Army will not be bound to the Armistice Agreement any longer"

This is in response to South Korea joining the the U.S.-led Proliferation Security Initiative.

North Korea says this move by South Korea is a declaration of War and any move to seize North Korean vessels in search of WMDs or the Materials to make them will be met with “prompt and strong military strikes.”

Susan Rice the U.N. Ambassador to the United Nations said:

" North Korea will not succeed in trying to intimidate the international community, that they will pay a price for their actions and that together we're going to increase the pressure, and indeed, increase our concerted efforts to try to prevent North Korea from pursuing the path that it's on."

The U.S. has about 30,000 troops in South Korea along the 38th Parallel. These Troops have been in place since 1953 in an effort to assure that any Ground aggression by the North would have to go Through the Americans First, in essence Guaranteeing the U.S. support for the South in any future War.

It appears that the U.S. will be forced to "Buy Off" North Korea as past Administrations have done with "Financial Aid" or face being the Next Administration that starts a War over WMD's.

Somehow I think this Administration will happily Print more money to "Aid" North Korea, just so that they can build another Nuke that they supposedly weren't in the Process of Building under the last Administration. But North Korea is believed to already have 6 to 12 Nukes already assembled, with more on the way.

Chrysler Lenders Say Government Take Over is UnConstitutional - New York District Court Denies Claim

A Group of Indiana Pension Funds, that Got Hung Out to Dry when the Government Forced the Takeover of Chrysler, attempted to Block the Completion of the Government Forced Bankruptcy Claiming that the Take Over was Unconstitutional since the Government circumvented it's Property Rights and Bankruptcy Protections established for Lenders.

A New York District Court recently Denied their Claim, allowing the Government's Take Over Plans to Continue unabated. The Indiana Pension Funds will be allowed to appeal the ruling, but not before the Bankruptcy is completed.

This Ruling will Give Steam to the Administrations efforts to take over 70% of GM through a similar Unconstitutional tactic. This will also discourage Future investors in investing since it appears Contract Law no longer applies to the Federal Government. The Government is now the Ultimate Power and No One can Challange it Court.

You are seeing the Destruction of a Once Free Country by a Government using a "Crisis" as an excuse. This is very similar to what the Nazi's did in Germany. Take Over a Company(Especially ones run by Jews) and replace the Heads with Nazi's that will do the Will of the Government.

The Free Market is no Longer Free when the Government is allowed to take over Any company it wants for No Reason. That is Tyranny....

Government Submits Plans For Electric Car for Approval to.... Itself : to Be Built By Government Run Chrysler

According to an Article on Reuters UK, the Government Run Chrysler has submitted Plans to the Government Department of Energy for approval to Research and Develop Electric and Hybrid Vehicles. (You Can't Make Up things this Stupid..Really.)

The Plan would demand that each of the 4 "Partners" that make up Chrysler (U.S. Government, Canadian Government, Union, Fiat) submit $224 Million Dollars each plus $83 Million for the Construction of Facilities in Michigan for the Building of 20,000 of the "People's Electric Car" per year.

The President has said that these Type of Electric Cars would be a "little" more expensive than Tradition Cars, but how much wasn't Clear until now. The Plan also includes $365 Million Dollars for the Construction of a Demonstration Fleet of 365 test Vehicles to be Distributed to Select Customers and Partners.

Wow..That's a Million Dollars a Car....Talk about being a "Little" more expensive than Traditional Cars...lol We'll Need a Government Bailout just to Buy One.....

If the Government Decides to approve it's own Plan is not yet Clear.....But I am Willing to bet that the Government will not Have a Problem with approving Their Own Plan for the making of the Government designed and Manufactured Vehicles.

Save the Planet: Paint Your Roof White....

Steve Chu, The Energy Secretary has stated that to combat "Global Warming" the Government Needs to make everyone use light Colors on Roads, Sloped Roofs and even Paint Flat Roofs White.

This Idea is based off the Fact that White Reflects Heat and therefore the Building will not need to use as much energy to Cool. While that may make some sense, Mr. Chu is forgetting that we live in the United States, and If I want a Black Roof, with a Black Car and Run My Air ALL Day then I can.... But the Government is looking to take away that Freedom using "Global Warming" as an excuse.

According to the Times Mr. Chu said:

" building codes should require that flat roofed-buildings have their tops painted white. Visible sloped roofs could be painted "cool" colors. And roads could be made a lighter color."

"I think with flat-type roofs you can't even see, yes, I think you should regulate quite frankly,"

"Yes, absolutely … White roofs everywhere, yes."

Dear God, the Loonies are Running the Asylum....

Next Victim of Anti-Gun Groups: PaintBall

In Germany, a 15 year Old Boy killed 15 people in March so instead of condemning the Boy and his actions, the German Government is considering a crack down on Paintball. Huh?

Paintball is a Sport where people split into teams, armed with air powered paintball Markers, and attempt to capture the other Teams flag. As a Player is "Hit' with a Paintball that Breaks, that Player then Leaves Game Play until the Game is over. It's alot like "Tag" but with an Air Powered Marker instead of your Hand. There are several other "Scenarios" played but this is the Most common next to Speed Ball, which is a much more T.V. Friendly version of Paintball.

The German Government is suddenly deciding that Paintball is Militaristic and Dangerous Activity that Teaches People Military Tactics and Violence therefore is a danger to the German Nation.

If this Gets a hold in Europe, expect to see this Ban coming to the United States, with the same excuse, that it teaches Kids violence. As if Paintball Players are out there Beating each other's heads in and Bayoneting each other into a Bloody mess. What Idiots are Running Countries any more...Really?

I personally have been an avid paintball Player for 18 Years. It's a great Team Building Activity and a fantastic Exercise for Young Kids that are used to playing Video Games instead of going outside. There is no other sport that can be played by Anyone, with no Skills, and Still have a Great Time and a lifetime of Stories to talk about when you get home. There have been many businesses that will reserve a field For a company outing so that the employees will benefit from working together under stressful but fun situations. No Other Sport offers that opportunity anywhere.

But like anything Fun and Different, someone has to say it promotes Violence. Heck Driving with my Wife Promotes violence towards other Drivers that make her angry, but we aren't banning her are We?

This is another example of a Government looking to take control over their Population using Any reason possible to accomplish that Goal. Paintball had nothing to do with that Kid doing what he did.....unless he did it with a paintball Marker...But that is Impossible.

Unless he poisoned the Paintballs...

Keep an eye on this Agenda to ban Paintball....this is Coming to America...I'll bet on it!

Buy Your Tobacco on the Internet? You're Tobacco Smuggling....and Supporting Terrorists...

There is a Bill that just passed the House called the "Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act of 2009" or H.R. 1676. This Bill is a Back Door Attempt to Tax Tobacco Sales on the Internet.

According to Congress this Bill is necessary because:


(1) the sale of illegal cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products significantly reduces Federal, State, and local government revenues, with Internet sales alone accounting for billions of dollars of lost Federal, State, and local tobacco tax revenue each year;

(2) Hezbollah, Hamas, al Qaeda, and other terrorist organizations have profited from trafficking in illegal cigarettes or counterfeit cigarette tax stamps;

(3) terrorist involvement in illicit cigarette trafficking will continue to grow because of the large profits such organizations can earn;

(4) the sale of illegal cigarettes and smokeless tobacco over the Internet, and through mail, fax, or phone orders, makes it cheaper and easier for children to obtain tobacco products;

(5) the majority of Internet and other remote sales of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco are being made without adequate precautions to protect against sales to children, without the payment of applicable taxes, and without complying with the nominal registration and reporting requirements in existing Federal law;

(6) unfair competition from illegal sales of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco is taking billions of dollars of sales away from law-abiding retailers throughout the United States;

(7) with rising State and local tobacco tax rates, the incentives for the illegal sale of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco have increased;

(8) the number of active tobacco investigations being conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives rose to 452 in 2005;

(9) the number of Internet vendors in the United States and in foreign countries that sell cigarettes and smokeless tobacco to buyers in the United States increased from only about 40 in 2000 to more than 500 in 2005; and

(10) the intrastate sale of illegal cigarettes and smokeless tobacco over the Internet has a substantial effect on interstate commerce.

The Only True Reasons for this Bill are #1 and the second part of #5, the Rest is Bogus. I have NEVER heard of Terrorists using ILLEGAL Tobacco as a source of income, Hard Drugs yes, Tobacco...um No.

This bill is to Force the Internet Tobacco Stores to Pay Sales Tax, which currently is impossible to collect or enforce. This is just another "Tax Haven" that the Government wants to eliminate.

This Bill is supposed to:


(1) require Internet and other remote sellers of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco to comply with the same laws that apply to law-abiding tobacco retailers;

(2) create strong disincentives to illegal smuggling of tobacco products;

(3) provide government enforcement officials with more effective enforcement tools to combat tobacco smuggling;

(4) make it more difficult for cigarette and smokeless tobacco traffickers to engage in and profit from their illegal activities;

(5) increase collections of Federal, State, and local excise taxes on cigarettes and smokeless tobacco; and

(6) prevent and reduce youth access to inexpensive cigarettes and smokeless tobacco through illegal Internet or contraband sales.


So if you currently Purchase Tobacco over the Internet you are a Criminal and Support Terrorists....lol

New Internet Czar To Be Announced This Week

According to an Article in the Washington Post, President Obama will be announcing his New Internet Cyber Security Czar later this Week.

This New Internet Czar will have Un-Precedented Powers the likes of which have not been Given to an Un-Elected Position in the History of this Country. The New Czar will report directly to the President, the National Security Advisor and the Senior White House Economic Advisor.

The responsibilities are Still not Clear but in essence the Position will be a:

"senior White House official who will have broad authority to develop strategy to protect the nation's government-run and private computer networks."

Here we Go Folks...the Man with the Power to Shut Down ANY Website that will be deemed a Threat to the Nation.

I wonder if that covers the "Ring Wing Extremists" Blogs?

Government Suggests Save the Planet: Stop Drinking Alchohol and Eating Lamb

According to an Article on the Times Online, the Chief Executive on the Committee for Climate Change, David Kennedy, is suggesting People stop consuming certain Foods that have a High Carbon Foot Print in order to "Save the Planet". According to "Studies" being done by the Government, Foods that so far should be avoided are Lamb, Alcohol, Green House Tomatoes and Kebabs.

The Reason to Avoid Lamb, according to Mr. Kennedy, is that Lambs "Burp Too Much" which causes 37ib of Co2 or Green House Gases. Please Read that Again....Especially those of you that Think CO2 is a Pollutant....BURPS too Much. Mr Kennedy says that Cows are only Slightly Better but are almost as bad because of their GAS. That's Right, Cow FARTS are a DANGER to the PLANET.

How can Anyone take this Seriously?? I guess there will have to be a Government BEANO Bailout for Cows. Wow...Am I really Wasting my Time Writing This?? Government Money is Really Being Spent on This Garbage? Sorry, I went off on a Rant...here is the Rest of the "Story".

Alcohol is one of the Biggest Foods that Contributes to "Green House Gases" according to Mr. Kennedy. The Growing of Crops and the Making of Alcohol produces 1.5% of the Worlds "Green House Gases". (Dear God..These People are Nuts. WE ARE CARBON BASED LIFE FORMS HELLO!!!).

Mr. Kennedy suggests that we all eat more Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables as well as Pork and Chicken since their "Carbon Footprint" is much Less.

Mr Kennedy says he isn't trying to install a Prohibition or anything but:

“We are not saying that everyone should become vegetarian or give up drinking but moving towards less carbon intensive foods will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve health.”

The "Carbon Trust" is a Government Funded Firm that is working with Food and Drink Companies to help reduce their Carbon Foot Prints of Products. According to the Article:

"Coca-Cola, for example, generates only about half the greenhouse gas emissions of Innocent’s “smoothies”. Cadbury’s chocolate generates about 4½lb for every 2.2lb eaten - less than half that from theof CO2 same weight of chicken. "

Wow...Now that is Tax Payer Money Well Spent........Yep not a Waste at all....

Can't wait till this Cap and Trade is installed Here in the U.S., like they have in Europe...Then we will all Receive our Government Approved Menu for the Foods we can Eat...

So we can Save the Planet...From Lamb Burps....and Cow Farts...

Lithium: Creating The New Oil Barons

With the Huge Push by Progressive Governments around the World for Battery Powered Cars, the Demand for the batteries that power those Cars will increase creating a New Era of "Battery" Barons. Like Oil is for the Middle East, Lithium for Batteries will be the New "Big Money" resource for the Select Few Countries that have deposits.

The Irony of the Battery Powered Car being a "Renewable Resource" is the Fact that the Lithium that is needed to make the Batteries is not Renewable and Very Limited. There are only 4 Places in the World with Known Lithium Deposits: the Andes mountains of Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and China.

The Other Irony to this New "Green" Technology is that the Process to Extract the Lithium from the Rock and from Brine is just as Dangerous if not more to the Environment than Drilling for Oil. Add to that the Fact that Oil Consumption will not Decrease because of Battery Powered Cars, but Increase since Oil is used to make everything from the Tires, to the Lubricant in the Engine and Every Plastic Component, even the Battery Casing itself makes you wonder How "Green" this Idea really is.

As Lithium increases in demand for Hybrid and Battery Powered Cars, the Prices of our Everyday Electronics from Laptops, Cellphones and even to the Batteries that Power Toys that contain Lithium will increase. Which may force alot of People who rely on these technologies to cut Back on Purchases and rely more on Outlet Supplied Power.

But the Ultimate Irony in this "Progressive" push to "Save the Planet" is that the Battery Powered Cars will have to be Recharged by Plugging them into a Wall Outlet. The Majority of Electricity in the World is created either by Nuclear Power or Coal Powered Plants. These "Non Green" plants would be forced to increase Production as the Demand for more Electric Power increases, there by increasing the Pollution that is Produced by these types of Power plants. Especially since the Concepts of Wind and Solar are not Near Advanced enough to supply the same amount of Electricity as Coal or Nuclear.

All of this added together begs the question.....

Is Battery Power "Greener"? Or just creating another Smaller Group of Barons that will control the Demand for Our Car's Fuel while Polluting the Planet it was meant to save?

According to a Communist Party Leader Speech: Obama is Like Santa Clause

Sam Web, The Communist Party USA Leader , Gave this Speech on May 17, 2oo9 at the Better Worlds Awards in New York:

"On the heels of the first 100 days of our new President, we heard nearly endless commentary and analysis. Much of it was favorable; and some wasn’t.

I would like to briefly add my two cents.

After the first 100 days I would say without hesitation or qualification that the political atmosphere, landscape, conversation and agenda compared to the previous eight years of the Bush administration have changed dramatically.

To borrow an expression of Jarvis Tyner, the executive vice chair of our party, “What was once impossible during the Bush years has become possible, thanks to the election of Barack Obama.”

In this new political climate, we can foresee winning a public option, like Medicare, in the current legislative fight over health care reform.

We can visualize enacting tough regulatory reforms on the financial industry that brought the economy to ruin.

We can imagine bringing the troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan, while being part of a regional process that brings peace and stability to the entire region.

In this new political climate, the expansion of union rights in this legislative session is not only sensible, it’s doable.

Much the same can be said about winning a second stimulus bill, and we sure need one, given the still rising and likely long term persistence of unemployment with the heaviest burden, as usual, falling on communities of color.

Isn’t it possible in the post-Bush era to launch a vigorous attack on global warming and create millions of green jobs in manufacturing and elsewhere?

Can’t we envision taking new strides in the long journey for racial and gender equality in this new era, marked at its beginning by the election of the first African American to the presidency?

And isn’t the overhaul of the criminal justice and prison system – a system steeped in racism and employing punitive treatment as it organizing principle – no longer pie in the sky, but something that can be done in the foreseeable future?

All these --- and many other --- things are within our reach now! We can dream again, knowing that the gap between our dreams and reality is bridgeable.

We can turn King’s words --- that “justice roll down like a mighty stream” --- into a living reality for every American. We can re-bend the arc of history in the direction of justice and peace.

But only if we, and millions like us, do our part in these struggles, much like we did last year.

Neither President Obama nor progressive congress people can do it by themselves --- they can’t be the only change agents.

After all, they are up against formidable opposition.

On the one hand the extreme right is badly weakened, but is still a poisonous and reactionary political presence in our nation.

On the other hand, the Obama change coalition includes people and groups that want to cut down on the scope and sweep of the reform agenda.

So both the new president and new congress need our help. Our responsibility is support them as well as prod and constructively take issue with them when we have differing views.

But more importantly – and this is the nub of the problem – we have to reach, activate, unite and turn millions of Americans into change agents who can make the political difference in these struggles.

Changes of a progressive nature, especially major ones--- if history is any guide --- usually combine the bottom up and the top down. So the challenge facing the discontented of our land is to be the bottom up change agents this year and in the years to come.

Our parents and grandparent did exactly that in the Depression years. Not happy with the pace and substance of change, they sat down in plants and in the fields, marched on Washington, petitioned local relief agencies, lobbied for a social safety net, established unemployed and nationality (immigrant) groups, organized industrial workers, opposed discrimination and racism, elected New Dealers to Congress and re-elected Roosevelt in a landslide in 1936, and turned (not all at once and not perfectly) multi-racial unity into an organizing principle.

I am confident the American people in their millions – reeling under the weight of this terrible economic crisis and yearning for a more decent, equal, peaceful and just world – will follow their example and turn this country into a more perfect union.

Yes we can --- Si se puede! "

As You can see, the President's Recent Speech about upholding and understanding the Constitution was a Bunch of Political Hot Air. The Constitution protects the States and the Individuals Rights to their Life, Liberty and Property. But in order for National Health Care to Work, the Federal Government must Seize One's Private Property (Income) and Re-distribute it to another in the Form of Health Care. But because the President Knows this, he is using a Push based on Emotion, not Constitutional Law, to progress his Agenda. But I Digress...

The Second E-mail describes the President's Move to organize Home Meetings to Launch the "Grass Roots" Health care Campaign. ..Wait...If the President is telling you to have meetings in your Home to start a "Grass Roots" campaign....then doesn't it cease being "Grass Roots"? Isn't that really "Astro Turf'? Since the orders are Traveling from the Top Down and not the Bottom Up? I keep getting Sidetracked...but wow....So does the President..

I am a single parent and have lost my teaching job effective in June. I'm scared to death because my son has a serious pre-existing condition (Neurofibromatosis) and can't go without medical insurance. However, my employer has just informed me that continuing my family coverage under COBRA will cost $1,400.00 a month! That's a house payment for me. Or three times my car payment! Since I lost my job in 2006, I have had no health insurance. After paying for insurance through my employer for 30 years, I have no major medical. But now that I am approaching 60, I may need insurance more than ever. I have not had a mammogram for three years because it would be too stressful to find anything suspicious. Risky but true.

My husband isn't getting enough hours at his job to qualify for health insurance so we have been looking around for a provider. He has a pre-existing health condition (non-epileptic seizures) and he is being denied left and right. We don't make a lot of money, about $23,000/year and we can't afford to not have insurance, in case he needs to go to the doctor. And it looks like we can't afford to have it either. We are stuck.

These E-mails are a Great Example of the Progressive Tactics that utilize Emotion to push forward an Unconstitutional Agenda. Almost every issue that is being pushed forward on a Populist Platform is based on Emotion not Rational Thought.

Universal Health Care - Emotional Argument For: There are People out there that Don't have Health Care and if You Stand Against it, then you are not a Kind Hearted person. Besides other Countries already have it.

Intellectual Argument Against: It is Unconstitutional. The Constitution Does not allow the Seizure of Private Property, under the Guise of Taxes or not, to be Given to another for Any Reason Under the 4th Amendment. Universal Health Care is Unsustainable. Looking at other Countries with Universal Health Care, they consistently Run Major Deficits and Debt to the Point of having to Ration Health Care in order to Cut Costs to the Government. The Government decides Who Lives and Dies under a Rationed Health Care System. And No Amount of Taxes Ever Collected will Ever be Enough to Pay for Universal Health care since Universal health Care does not Produce a product that can be Sold overseas or in a Market that will allow a Resupply of Money into the System. It is a Bottomless Pit to Throw Money in that will NEVER Produce anything. We are NOT other Countries, we are unique in the World since we Stand for Individual Rights, Liberty and Freedom for All and not Collective Rights, Tyranny, and Rights of the Federal Government to Do What it Wants, When it wants and to Whom ever it wants. In Essence Universal Health Care becomes a Form of Population Control, since it allows the Government to Dictate who is Born and Who Dies based on who the Government Deems worthy.
This is why the President always refers to "Building a New Foundation" or as in these E-mails:

"are just the beginning of a battle between those who fought and believe in change and those who would protect a broken status quo"

"challenging the status quo will not be easy. Its defenders will claim our goals are too big, that we should once again settle for half measures and empty talk. Left unanswered, these voices of doubt might yet again derail the comprehensive reform we so badly need. That's where you come in.

When our opponents spread fear and confusion about the changes we seek, your support for these core principles will show clarity and resolve. When the lobbyists for the status quo tell Congress to hold back, your personal story will give them the courage to press forward."

The Foundation is the Constitution and the "OPPONENTS" to National Health Care are just trying to Uphold and Defend it, which is why the President needs to Lay a "New Foundation" and "Change" the "Status Quo" because under the Current Constitutional Foundation, his Populist Plans could be shot down if brought in front of a Real Constitutional Judge.

That is what the "Change" is about, building a totalitarian Government using emotion to Justify their Tyrannical Actions and Micro-Managing Your Lives.

President says Government Hopes to Pull out Of GM "After" Recession

During an Interview on Saturday, the President said:


"Ultimately, I think that GM is going to be a strong company and we are going to be pulling out as soon as the economy recovers and they've completed their restructuring,"


GM has offered their Bondholders 10% of the "New" Company as Obama has ordered them to Do. But many of the Bondholders listed this as unfair since they should be allowed 90% of GM.
This Dispute could mean that GM will be going into Bankruptcy in the Next Couple of Weeks.

The Administration forced Chrysler into Bankruptcy in a Similar Manner, after Threatening the Bondholders of Chrysler to Fall in Line or be "Destroyed". The Restructuring of Chrysler has led to Company that is owned by the U.S. Government, Canadian Government, UAW Members and Fiat.

The President also said:

"You are looking at a substantial market that is going to be available for U.S. automakers if they've made some good decisions now, and if they are building the kinds of fuel efficient, high performance cars that American consumers are hungry for,"

"I think GM and Chrysler can do that," he added. "We're confident that they can emerge and take advantage of that new market and actually be very profitable and thrive, but it means going through some pain now."

The President also made it clear that the Government Doesn't want to be running the Companies:

"We want to get out of the business of helping auto companies as quickly as we can," he said. "I have got more enough to do without that."


Normally I would just post the Link to a Story and Leave it at that, but this story Needs further Explanation.

The Idea that the Government is going to "Pull Out" of these Companies is Wrong. The Government is deciding WHO IS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. So even if the Government "Pulls Out" of these Companies on Paper, they will still be running them since the Government HIRED THOSE RUNNING IT. So this Story is Bull.

Let me try and explain what is happening.

Lets say you own a Business that happens to make Cars and you employ Thousands of People.

Due to a Middle East Artifical Fuel Price Increase your Sales Drop because before this increase people wanted Big, Safe Vehicles and since Gas was Cheap they didn't care about Fuel Prices.

So You try to adapt and Make a few Hybrid and Flex Fuel Vehicles, but they don't sell well because in reality people want Cheap Fuel not battery powered cars.

Eventually the Fuel Costs Fall and it's Business as usual. Except the Government wants the Industry to Make a Certain type of Car but the Industry says it costs too much. So the Government Agenda Goes no where.

Then the economy gets worse as it self corrects and sales Drop even more, so you are really in a fix, but it's not because of Gas Prices, it's because no one can afford to buy cars or get easy credit.

The Government seeing an opportunity to push forward it's agenda, seize control of Your Company under the Disguise of "Too Big to Fail" since it would effect so many Jobs.

But in reality the Government threatens those that don't go along with their plans, and Bribes others to get their way. Eventually the Government effectively takes your Company, then Fires you.

The Government then replaces everyone that was on the Board of Directors and through the Board, beings to Build cars that the Government wanted Built in the First Place. All while telling everyone that "They Don't Want To be Running Your Company" and "They Will pull out as soon the Bad Economic Times are Over."

But in the mean time the Government, now under control of Your Car Company, begins to build Cars that are less safe and the Market Doesn't want Since the Market Really wants CHEAP FUEL. So in order to Make People Buy those Cars they don't want, the Government must Force Fuel Prices Up, so they pass a Cap and Trade Program.

Since the Government Run Car Company that they took from You, is now the only one Making these "Fuel Efficient battery powered Vehicles" when the Demand goes up for them, due to the Government's forced increase of Fuel Costs, then the Independent car makers will Go out of Business since they do not have the Resources that the Federal Government has in being able to Print Money and absorb the losses in making the "Fuel Efficient battery powered Vehicles."

So the Government then can take over the other Car Makers, replacing their Board of Directors and make them Build the same type of Battery Powered Cars.

In the End the Government has created a Fake Demand, when before there wasn't one, and effectively owns the Car Industry even though they "Pulled Out" on paper.

This is exactly what is Happening Now.

The End Game is for the Government to Control More of it's citizens Lives, by dictating the Type of car we drive and to make sure that those cars have to be plugged into the "Smart Gird" so that the Government can monitor/control your life more closely and open up new avenues for Taxation.( like taxing the amount of Miles you Drive).

The U.S. Government has subscribed to a plan that will force the People to do the Will of the Government, instead of the Government doing the Will of the People. This is called TYRANNY. They are just using Global Warming as an Excuse for more Control over your Lives.

In order to Believe Global Warming you would have to Believe that the 0.036% of CO2 that makes up the atmosphere has a Reflective Property that can Trap the Suns Heat causing a Green House Effect. But if CO2 had this Reflective quality then reason would state that it would Prevent the Suns Heat from reaching the Surface of the Earth, therefore causing Global Cooling not Global Warming.

That is why so many Dictatorships have signed on to the Global Warming Wagon, not because they care about the Environment, but because they see it for what it is, a Tool to help them Micro Manage their Citizens Lives.

If China was so Concerned about the Environment, since they subscribe to Global Warming, why do they have some of the most Polluted Rivers in the World? For one to believe that Dictatorships and Communist Countries really cared about Global Warming, you would have to believe that they care more about the Earth Rather than their OWN CITIZENS.

So this is what is happening right now. The Government is seizing Private Banks, Insurance Companies and Car makers so that they can Put in Place who they want on the Board of Directors so that they can change the "Free Market" from the Inside. And so even after the Government "Pulls Out" of these Companies, they will still effectively be under Government Control.

Also the Government is Creating another Fake "Market Bubble" since the demand for these Battery Powered cars is Government Driven and if the Market should change, like it always does, and the Government Demand and Fake Fuel Price Increase Ends, then we are going to see a Huge Drop in the Economy as the whole "Green" car infrastructure collapses.

During "Green" Energy Push, Solar Panel Company Posts Unexpected Loss

Yingli Green Energy, A Chinese Based Company and a Maker of Solar Panels, posted an unexpected quarterly Loss yesterday. This forced Yingli to also re-adjust their yearly projections which forced down stock prices 9%.

In the Midst of the largest Push for "Green" Technology, the loss has caught some off guard. Especially since the President of the United States has set alot of his hopes for employment growth on "Green" Jobs and "Green" Manufacturing..

If the demand for "Green" Technology has reduced to the point that current "Green" companies are feeling the Pinch of the Down Turn in the Economy, then how are New "Green" Jobs and Manufacturing in the United States Going to be Sustainable?

The industry as a whole has suffered in the First Quarter and the predictions for the future are not looking Good.

Even with Government Mandated "Green" Technology around the World, the fact that most Consumers, even with Government Subsidizing, can not afford the conversion to the New "Green" Technology. Which may very well doom the Citizens of the United States to High Energy Prices due to Cap and Trade, accompanied with a lack of Funds to convert to becoming more "Green".

It appears the "Green" Technology Push may be shooting itself in the proverbial Foot.

Which means we may see the "Green" Technology Limp off into the Sunset.....and the Hope for New Jobs Going with it....

Today the Dollar is Plunging, the United States is losing it's AAA Credit Rating and the Government is Printing 50 cents of every dollar spent and Borrowing the Rest....and the President has the Nerve to Preach to the American People about FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY?????

People, the Country is FLAT BROKE and all the Politicians can do is talk about SPENDING MORE MONEY that we DON'T HAVE! Maybe the President should give that little "Responsibility" Speech to Congress and Stop Preaching to the People Yelling: STOP SPENDING!!!!

There is a Very Good chance that the United States is going to lose it's AAA Credit rating because WE CAN'T PAY OUR BILLS!

The Dollar is Getting Lower in Value Because WE KEEP PRINTING MONEY and WE CAN'T PAY OUR BILLS!

We are Printing 50 cents of every dollar spent BECAUSE.....NO ONE WILL LOAN US very much MONEY since WE CAN'T PAY OUR BILLS!!!

White House Banned Reporters from Watching: White House Creates Own News Cast

The President Banned the Press from watching a pickup game between him and the University of Connecticut's the Lady Huskies.

After the Meet and Greet in front of the Press, the President and the Lady Huskies left and went to the President's Private Basket Ball Court for a Quick Pick Up Game. When the Press Corp Tried to Follow they were confronted and told that they were Banned from watching the Game. This caused an uproar of Protest from the reporters but to no avail.

After the event the White House released it's own report, including interviews, on You Tube complete with Logo, voice overs and all of the bells and whistles that a Normal News Channel would provide.

This has caused a little outrage in the Media world. In a Blog on ABC News written by Jake Tapper he states:

"It's perfectly fine, of course, for the White House to put out its own version of events -- but is it right to do so by preventing actual reporters from covering something? (Even something like a pickup basketball game).

Do Obama White House officials think their media coverage isn't flattering enough?

Is the goal to ultimately replace the pesky photographers who film what they want to and not what they're told to (not to mention the annoying reporters who ask uncomfortable questions about, say, detainee policy and bank bailouts)?"

Republicans Wuss Out: Climate Bill Gets Out of Committee

The Republicans Wussed Out and allowed the Cap and Trade Climate Bill out of Committee without much of a Fight yesterday.

The Democrats hired a Speed Reader to Read the almost 1000 page Bill in case the Republicans demanded that the Whole Bill and Amendments be read aloud, as allowed under the Rules. The Speed Reader was said to be able to read 1 page every 34 seconds, which would have meant that the Bill would take over 9 continuous Hours to be read in it's entirety. This would have allowed the Bill to be stalled in Committee after memorial day, which would have upset the President's Time Table in getting the Legislation passed.

But instead of forcing the Democrats hand, the Republicans shared a good laugh with the Democrats when they requested the Reading by the Speed Reader and let it go on for only 30 seconds. The Republicans ended it with a Request that the Reading of the Bill and Amendments be Dismissed.

They Wussed Out.

This is an example of how the Washington Republicans and Democrats are going into oblivion since they have no backbone and don't take the Domestic Threat of Socialism seriously. It's all a Big Joke to them....of course all they are after is more Control....not less Global Warming.

This is why Independents now outnumber Both Democrats and Republicans in numbers across the nation.

President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philly Warns of Inflation

Chalres Plosser, Head of the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia, says that Prices may rise 2.5% in 2011, which is a much higher prediction than other "Conventional Wisdom" has forecast.

According to an Article on Bloomberg, Mr. Plosser said:

“The economy may be at greater risk of inflation than the conventional wisdom indicates,” Plosser said in a speech yesterday in New York. “While inflation expectations appear to remain anchored, we should not become sanguine about our credibility. It can be easily lost.”

“To sum up, I am optimistic that the economy and the financial system will recover,” Plosser, 60, said during the speech to the New York University Money Marketeers Club. “That does not mean the path to recovery will be smooth. There are plenty of opportunities for bumps and setbacks along the way.”

“Both our district and the nation are beginning to see some signs that the severity of the recession is beginning to wane,” said the regional bank chief, who joined the Fed in 2006 and doesn’t vote on monetary policy this year. Still, “the economy’s potential output may be lower than previously estimated for some time,” and the effects of the credit crisis are “likely to persist for a while.”

Mr. Plosser also issued some Wise advice to the Administration and the Head of the Fed, Tim Geitner when he said this:

“We need to draw a bright line once again between monetary policy and fiscal policy,” Plosser said. “The recent crisis has muddied that separation considerably and we must restore it. The Fed must not be seen by the public or the Congress as a piggy bank that can substitute for difficult fiscal policy decisions.”

President Snubs Kindergartners for Millionaire Luncheon

According to an Article on NBC Washington website, the President Snub a Group of Kindergartners for a luncheon with Millionaire NFL players.

Thursday Morning 100 Kindergartners from Stafford County VA. got up early, chartered a Bus and excitedly got on their way for a special Field Trip to the White House to meet the President.

According to Parents that were accompanying the Kindergartners, they claimed that the Bus was only 10 Minutes Late and denied entrance. They were told by the White House Staff that since they were "Late" that the President didn't have time to see the Kindergartners because they were getting ready for a luncheon with the Super Bowl Champions, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

According to the NBC Article:

"A lot of preparing had gone into the trip. Conway Elementary teachers had been planning the trip for months, each child paid $20 for a seat on the chartered bus, and names were submitted to the White House for clearance.

Parents say they tried to make it on time, but their chartered buses hit heavy traffic that slowed them down substantially. They thought they were supposed to show up by 10:15, but they say they arrived at 10:25 instead, and couldn’t get in.

"The person who headed this White House trip up came out and said, 'I’m sorry, the White House tour's off.' There were a lot of crying kids," parent Barbara Stine said."

Paty Stine, another Chaperon with the Children, Said:

"Here we have President Obama and his administration saying, 'Here we are for the common, middle class people,' and here he is not letting 150 5- and 6-year-olds into the White House because he’s throwing a lunch for a bunch of grown millionaires."

The White House claims that the Bus was not 10 Minutes late but an Hour Late which led to the canceling of the Tour. According to the Article, the White House is attempting to reschedule the Tour, even though the Parents say it is too late in the Year and School will be out in the next few weeks.

South Carolina Governor Sues to Stop Stimulus Money

Mark Sanford, the Governor of South Carolina, is suing his own Attorney General to prevent the State from Forcing the acceptance of the Stimulus Money for State Schools.

The State Legislature is forcing the Governor to request the Stimulus Funds, but the Attorney General would be the Department that would force the Governor to do so against his will. Hence the Law Suit against the State Attorney General.

The Governor's reasons for refusing the Federal Stimulus is because he claims the "Stimulus" is Unconstitutional on the State and Federal level since it Forces States that receive the Money to adhere to Federal Academic Mandates and force the State to agree to continued Unsustainable Spending.

According to an AP Article the Governor said it:


"would further burden South Carolina's economy and substantially increase the state's debt in the future and therefore is contrary to the welfare of the people of South Carolina."

The Governor has stated that he would only accept the Stimulus IF he was allowed to use it to pay down the Debt of the State. But the Federal Government will not allow it, saying it violates the requirements in the Bill.

So it appears the "Stimulus" is only available to those who fall in Line, not those who wish to help their state by getting rid of it's Debt. Funny..that is not very stimulating.

Speed Reader Hired To Read 920 Page Climate Bill

The Washington Democrats in the House Energy and Commerce Committee hired a Speed Reader to possibly read the 920 Page Climate Bill according to an Article in the Wall Street Journal.

This unprecedented move was spawned out of a possible necessity, in case the Republicans demand that the entire 920 page Bill and Amendments be read out loud before any further vote takes place.

According to the "New" Democrat staffer he can read 1 page in about 34 seconds, which would mean that he could complete the whole Bill in about 9 hours. Now if those listening to him have to be able to understand him or not, is not specified. Because if he talks like some of those "Speed Readers" on the Radio at the end of some advertisements, then I am not sure his reading of the Document, if not understandable, would be allowed.

If this does take place, I hope someone video tapes it and puts it on youtube, since this would be a great example of the idiotic Political Garbage that takes place in Washington. Also this 'Rush Job" is again an obvious Breach of a Promise made by the President to allow all Bills to be accessible to the Public for at least a week in order to give us all time to read it, before being passed.....but that is unlikely since the Democrats want a Vote on it by Memorial Day.

Or maybe they will just put the "Speed Reader" on T.V.- so we can all listen to the Reading of the Whole Bill......

Keep an Eye on the California Tax Revolt....

The Tax Revolt in California is something that the entire nation needs to watch. Why? Because where California is today, is where the "Progressives" want the Nation to be in the Future.

California has the Dubious reputation as being the Most "Socialist" state in the Union. Because of the Hugh Nanny State and the High Taxes that are needed to pay for it, California is the Ultimate Socialist Experiment in this Nation and it is Failing.

California's High cost of Living combined with some of the Highest Taxes in the Nation have combined to start a Very Real Tax Revolt in California. As the State Teeters on the Brink of Bankruptcy and threats from the California Government to Cut State Services are looming, the Fed Up Citizens of California Rejected the Measures to "Save" the Socialist State yesterday. Much to the Chagrin of the Governor and the local News Media.

The Tax Revolt in California is No Joke.

This overwhelming Vote to reject Tax increases has forced the Governor to make some hard decisions on Budget Cuts and the reaction to those Cuts by the Citizens are worth watching.

Since the State of California has instigated almost every measure that the Progressives want for the Nation, it will be interesting to see if the Socialist State can now be dismantled. If all of the Socialist Programs and irresponsible spending that helped create this Budget Crisis are taken away, then are the Citizens of California Strong enough to let them go...or will there be a Reversal of Opinion as one Social Program after another is illuminated?

Only Time Will Tell...

History has proven that once a Nation loses it's Freedom it never gets it back......Peacefully.

California is challenging that Historical Lesson......

Because if California can transform from Tyranny to Liberty........Peacefully.

Republicans Give Up Pursuit of Democrats Changing Name to "Democratic Socialists"

In one of the Dumbest stories I have read in awhile, the Republican Party is giving up it's attempt to force Democrats to change their Name to "Democratic Socialists".

According to a Fox News Article, the Republicans were trying to pass a resolution to ask the Democrats to change their name. Surprise, it didn't happen.

In the Article a Few Republicans said this about the Resolution:

"Florida GOP Chairman James Greer called the idea "stupid" and Colorado Chairman Dick Wadhams called it "absurd." They said it made Republicans look petty during a troubling time for the nation."

One Republican Supporter said this :

"It has generated the debate we had hoped for," said Indiana committeeman James Bopp. "It was an effort to educate the American people, and it was successful."

Wow..they really believe this?

If the Democrats would have to change their name, so would the Republicans. Last time I checked the Socialist Movement has been progressed by BOTH Parties. Under Bush and a Republican Congress we had some of the Biggest Expansion of Government in Years and they want to call the Democrats Socialists? Twits...all of them... Really.

The Washington Republicans went along with Bush's forced "Bailout" of the Financial Sector. The Washington Republicans are Strangely quiet on the continued "Bailout" and Takeover of the Major Banks, Financial Institutions and 2 of the Big 3 Automakers. But the Democrats are the Only Socialists??

Both Parties are the Problem with Washington. Their Attempts to Force the American People to Play their Political Game of "Left" and "Right" is coming to an end.

The Only People that appear who fail to realize this.......is the Washington Democrats and Republicans.

GMAC To Become Government Controlled For $7.5 Billion

According to an Article in the Detroit News, the Treasury Department is Preparing to influx $7.5 Billion more Dollars into the Financing Agency GMAC in exchange for controlling Shares in the Company.

In December the Treasury injected $5 Billion into GMAC and received Preferred Stock but no voting rights. The Treasury also loaned GM $900 Million to buy GMAC Stock.

When all is said and done the American Taxpayer will have spent at least $14 Billion Dollars on GMAC to save just Thousands of Jobs and allow the Government Control over another Financing Company. Gee, what a Deal.

The Treasury Department has also said that the influx of capital will allow GMAC to assume lending for the Other Government Owned Car Maker Chrysler and Chrysler Financial.

This is not likely to be the last influx of Tax Payer Money into the Financing Company. The Final Amount of money injected into GMAC may never truly be known, since there appears to be no exit strategy for the Government to sell off the Private Corporations it's "Bailed Out" any time soon, if ever.

GE CEO Pushing Obama's Cap and Trade Plan

Jeff Immelt, the CEO of GE, said on the TV show "Squawk Box" that the Science of Global Warming is "Compelling" and that we as a Nation and Planet need to Adopt a Cap and trade Program. Mr. Immelt feels the United States has fallen behind in the Cap and Trade Race and we need to catch up.

Now that may be a "Compelling" statement had it come from some one Else, anyone Else, but coming from Jeff Immelt it's just a bunch of wasted Hot CO2.

GE has been in Bed with the Current Administration in a Similar if not more Drastic way than Halliburton was with the Last Administration. But no one seems to notice.

GE is the Company that is building the Government "Smart Grid." GE just had the Shareholders meeting where the Microphone was shut off when Shareholders asked Hard Questions about the Relationship between NBC, MSNBC and CNBC and their Propaganda reporting for the Administration. Mr Immelt has also been the CEO of GE to be known for running GE into the Ground. But suddenly because he is acting like a Mouth Piece for the Administration, we need to Listen to Him?

The Reason for this Statement is because GE is set up to take advantage of a New Cap and Trade Program since they have invested in the "Green" Technologies to instigate it.

Mr. Immult is being Greedy and using the assistance of the Federal Government to get Rich....you know "Greed" that Evil Emotion we keep hearing about from the President. I guess Greed is only Evil if it's done by someone who isn't a B***h to the Federal Government or unless your the President taking over Private Companies like it's going out of Style.

This Statement from Mr. Immult is about as creatable as President Clinton saying "I did not have Sexual Relation's with that Woman". Or President Obama Saying that he "Doesn't Want to Take over these Private Corporations." Or President Bush Senoir saying ,"Read My Lips..."

State of Missouri Denied Stimulis Money for Unemployed

The Missouri State Legislature passed a Bill to increase the Unemployment Benefits to Missourians in an Effort to get 133 Million Dollars out of 7 Billion in "Stimulus" Set aside for States that increase their Unemployment Benefits.

But Today, According to an Article from News Leader.com, the Office of Department of Labor told the AP that the State does not Qualify for the 133 Million since the Unemployment increase is only Temporary. The 7 Billion in "Stimulus" is only for States that increase their Unemployment Benefits Permanently, which Missouri's Bill does not, since it would require a renewal Next year.

The investigation to decide if Missouri was eligible for this influx of money was requested by the Associated Press.

This is a round about way for the Federal Government to get the States to fall in Line with the Policy of the Administration.

Government to "Bail Out" Minority Broadcasters: Essentially Creating "Government" Controlled Media

Politicians in Washington are pushing for a Bail Out of Minority Owned Broadcasters. The Reason given for this "Bailout" is Very Reminiscent of the Principle behind the Fairness Doctrine, according to an Article on The Hill the reason is due to:

"the important principle — the government’s fundamental interest in promoting a diversity of voices, including service to under served communities — is severely threatened."

A Group of Politicians sent a Letter to the Treasury Department Secretary Tim Geithner, asking him to:

"take “decisive action” by extending credit to this sector of the broadcasting industry."

The Members of this Group of Politicians consist of:

Democratic Reps. Bobby Rush (Ill.), Edolphus Towns (N.Y.), Maurice Hinchey (N.Y.), Carolyn Maloney (N.Y.), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Gregory Meeks (N.Y.), G.K. Butterfield (N.C.), Barbara Lee (Calif.), Lynn Woolsey (Calif.) and Bennie Thompson (Miss.) House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Ways and Means Committee Chairman Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.).

If the Government Bailout Pattern Holds True, then the Government will own a Majority of Shares in each Broadcasting Company essentially creating Government Run Broadcasting Propaganda Machines.

California Citizen's Call State Government's Bluff

In an unprecedented Tax revolt, the Voters voted down a Huge tax increase that was meant to keep the State of California afloat.


The week prior to the Vote, the California State Government threatened that if the New Taxes Increases were not passed then the State would be forced to Release Prisoners, Cut Education and let go Thousands of Police and Fireman in order to make up the Budget Shortfall.


The Irony of these Threats is the fact that the California Expenditures are full of unnecessary funding that "Saves' Otters or supplies Health care to Illegals.

This is a Great Example of how a Socialist Type State Fails. A Government that gives everything to everyone can Not Afford to Survive, especially when the Same people it is supposed to help, refuse to pay for it.

It will be interesting to see if the California State Government let's Go the Police and Fireman.....Before they stop paying for Health care for Illegals.

The States Right to Self-Regulate is Under Attack

In an Article in the Wall Street Journal, the President of the United States is planning to release a Plan that will create a New Regulatory Body specifically for Consumer Related Financial Products. These Consumer Related Financial Products would include Mortgages, Mutual Funds, possibly Credit Cards, Etc.

Currently the Regulation of these "Products" is spread across the State and Federal Level. But with the Creation of this new Federal Regulatory Body, the State's Right to Self-Regulate these Consumer Financial Products would be unnecessary.

This was the Reason for the Credit Card Reform Bill. It was put in to place to "Test the Waters" on the Citizens Reaction to the Government's involvement in more of the Consumer Financial Sector. Since the Protest to the Credit Card Reform Bill is non-existent, the President feels confidant enough to put forward his real Plan, More Federal Government Regulation and the Destruction of more State's Rights.

Those that where in the "Meeting" to discuss the Powers of the New Regulatory Body were Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, National Economic Council Director Laurence Summers, and former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker.

With the History of Geithner's attitude of Threatening Companies to Fall in line with the Government's Plans, I am sure that the New Regulatory Body will be an Exercises in Tyranny.

But the way it will be played off is the Government Trying to Protect the "Consumer'" from the Big Bad Private Sector.....

GM to Become Officially the "People's Car Maker"

According to an Article in Reuters, General Motors, which is already run by a Government Appointed CEO, is now going to be "Bought" by a "Company" set up by the Federal Government.

This Federally set up "Company" will have a Board of Directors that is "Chosen" by the Federal Government and is going to be run by the current Government Appointed CEO, Fritz Henderson. The Plan also calls for giving the Unions a Stake in the Company similar to the Deal the Chrysler Unions received.

If there was any doubt left that Chrysler and GM are the "People's Car Makers" and will pump out sub-standard, overpriced Battery powered cars designed by the Government, well this Article is your Proof. We are now Officially at the Beginning of the Formation of a Communist Country, since the Government now runs Banks, large and small and at least 2 of the 3 major U.S. Car makers.

Obama to Announce New CO2 Emission Standards for New Cars

According to a Bloomberg Article, President Obama will be proposing New Co2 Emissions for New Car Manufacturers starting with Cars made in 2011. The Suggested Standard will be to Cut Co2 30% from New Car Emissions.

This move comes even after the EPA leaked a Memo on May13th Suggesting that Global Warming Has No Scientific Basis and is in fact a Political Fantasy. Which isn't hard to believe since Carbon Dioxide makes up only .036% of the Atmosphere of the World with Oxygen and Nitrogen making up the other 99%.

The Idea behind Co2 Restrictions is to Force the Gasoline Engine out of existence or to make it impossible for a non-Hybrid Car (Battery and Gasoline engine powered Vehicle) to be Produced in this Country. Why? Control...

Bio-Diesel is a much more Viable Technology than Battery Power since you can make it out of Any Plant(Like Non-Useful Weeds) and it will run in Current Gasoline Engines with little if any modifications. But that won't allow the Government the Control it desires, hence the Push for Electric Powered Vehicles.

The Smart Grid being Built by GE and the Federal Government will be able to tell how much Energy you use and also allow a Government Controlled Utility Company to Turn Off Your Air Conditioning, Fridge, TV or any other Appliance that they decide is using too much power. That is why the Government is pushing Electric Cars. They want you to have to Plug them into the Smart Grid. Then the Government will have the Power to Tax you Per Mile Traveled, know where you have been and even to Deny you the Use of your car if they feel you are traveling too much. This will be capable because everything that is plugged into the Smart Grid will have a Chip in it that will "talk" to the Smart Grid and pass along any information it was programed to monitor. This will allow the Government to Micro-Manage Your Life...Literally.

That is what the New emissions Requirements are really about. The Continued encroachment of the Government into Your Life using a "Crisis" to move forward their agenda.

This will be easier to accomplish since the Government now controls 2 of the 3 Major American Car Makers, Chrysler and General Motors. Since these are now Subsidized by the Government and therefore can absorb any amount of Losses they incur in producing these New Co2 -Lite Vehicles, it will eventually Force the other American Car Maker out of Business or allow the Government to "Bailout" them as well, essentially taking them over.

What we will have left is a Choice between one Government Made Car or Another.....


Similar to Hitler's VW Beetle or something like......a YUGO.

New Front in the Battle for States Rights

Recently a New Front has opened up in the States Rights Battle that is growing in the United States. Barney Frank has recently been quoted as suggesting that the State of California should be "Bailed Out", since the State Government is going Broke. This creates a Dilemma among the States, Should the Federal Government use Money that is collected from All of the States be used to "Bail Out" individual States, Counties or even Cities?

If the History of the Government "Bail Out" holds true, then any State/County/City that is "Bailed Out" will essentially be controlled by the Federal Government. Don't Think So? I guess a Couple of Years Ago you didn't think the Federal Government would be taking Control of the Banks or 2 of the Big 3 Auto Dealers Either, but they are.

As this Idea Progresses it will force the State Legislatures to make some hard Decisions. Either to become a Stooge to the Federal Government by accepting an Actual "Bail Out" in order to keep the State Solvent. Or be Willing to Fail and Make the Hard Decisions about cutting Social Programs and Laying Off Government Employees.

This will give more ammunition to those that support the State Rights Movement under the 10th Amendment and may very well help to Draw the Line between the States that Support the Constitution and Limited Federal Government and those that Support the Continued Expansion of a Unconstitutional Central Government.

Where this will Lead, History can suggest. But Where it will Truly End is still up to us...

I am calling my State Reps to Remind them I would rather be living in a Card Board Box, Hungry....Rather than be a Slave to an Unconstitutional Federal Government with a Nice 2000 sqft house and a Full Belly. My Freedom is not For Sale....

Girl Scouts Pushing "Progressive" (Communist) Agenda on Young Girls

It appears that another Great American Institution may have bit the Proverbial Dust. The Girl Scouts of America are becoming apart of the Progressive Propaganda Arm and are pushing an Agenda that Many American Patriots may find Disturbing.

According to an Article on World Net Daily, the Girl Scout Curriculum now includes a Program called "Journey" that began last year.

The Girl Scouts used to be an Organization that taught Girls love of Country, camping Skills and other handy skills. Now, it appears through this New Program it teaches Girls about Lesbians, Communists and Militant Feminists. Ahh..Just what everyone wants a Stranger to Teach their Kids.

This "Journey Program" helps kids "learn" through an Age based Curriculum. According to the World Net Daily Article some of the Program is as follows:


"Amaze: The Twists and Turns of Getting Along,"

girls from the sixth to the eighth grade will read a quote from Buddha and be encouraged to explore mazes and stone or dirt labyrinths – symbols rooted in pagan mythology and popular within the New Age movement as meditation tools.

They will be briefly introduced to Polish poet Anna Swir, known for her feminist and erotic poems, and Jane Addams, an ardent feminist and pacifist who received a Nobel Peace Prize.
The text features a quote from Harriet Woods, former president of the National Women's Political Caucus – a bipartisan group that endorses pro-abortion female candidates who run for public office.

To cope with bullying, girls as young as 11 are encouraged to "take a peace break," make a Zen garden, take martial arts, do yoga and visit a website to learn the sun salutation poses.
The book features a strong emphasis on feminism and world peace, concluding with the following message:

Life is a maze. Navigate its twists and turns and you'll find true friendships, meaningful relationships, and lots of confidence to boot. So, go ahead, enter the maze. The goal is peace – for you, your world, and the planet, too.

Garibay said, "Placing an asterisk by the word 'God' in the Girl Scout promise in an effort to be tolerant, yet promoting Eastern mysticism through Zen gardens and Buddha writings hardly seems tolerant to those who believe in Christianity."

'Girltopia'

In the next age group, for teens in the ninth and tenth grades, girls are taught about wage disparities between the sexes, and a lack of assets and senior management positions held by women.

"Girltopia" poses the questions, "When women don't earn enough, what happens to their children?" and "How could everyone help create a Girltopia?"

Asked what the purpose of including a message of inequality served in the Girl Scout curriculum, Tompkins explained:

It's to show girls what's going on in the country and have them be part of the dialogue. A lot of girls just aren't aware of what's going on. I think that specific topic might be new this year, but in the broader scheme of things, it's not that new. I'm sure it's something that came up in the 1920s as well. Girls Scouting has been around since before women had the right to vote, so I'm sure these discussions were always part of this.

The text praises Renaissance author Sir Thomas More for his book "Utopia," Mary Cavendish for her book "A New World: The Blazing World" about a utopian kingdom and 24-year Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood and feminist author Sheri S. Tepper for her novel, "The Gate to Women's Country."

"Girltopia" encourages girls to "let songs inspire you," and as some examples, it provides lyrics to songs such as "Independent Women, part 1" by Destiny's Child; "Hammer and a Nail" by the Indigo Girls – an "out" lesbian rock band; and "Imagine" by John Lennon. When teens reach their junior and senior years in high school, they begin a Girl Scouts curriculum called "Your Voice Your World: The Power of Advocacy." It encourages young women to begin "raising their voices as advocates" and follow the examples of other young people who are speaking out on causes such as global warming, universal health care, racism and child poverty.

One question asks, "What policies is our city putting in place to combat global warming?"

Teens are then asked to generate a list of causes they are passionate about. One example suggests girls "propose new environmental protection laws for waterways in your state."

The text encourages Girl Scouts to take their ideas and list steps necessary to accomplish goals on advocacy charts. It provides the following suggestion for a cause:

I worry about all the waste in using plastic bags and how their use in my community contributes to global warming. One example is the supermarket – do we really need to be using all those plastic bags?

Girls are encouraged to read the bottom of each page to discover a "Voice for Good," or female advocates who are meant to be role models. Of more than 50 women listed, only three are women who are known for their faith: Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman and Mother Teresa. Their religions are only briefly mentioned, if at all. "


According to the Article, most of the 50 role Models are feminists, lesbians, existentialists, communists and Marxists. Some of the People listed are:

Elizabeth Gurley Flynn: labor leader, activist, feminist, founding member of ACLU and chairwoman of the American Communist Party.

Luisa Moreno: labor leader, social activist, member of the Communist Party, married to delegate of the Socialist Party of America.

Rigoberta Menchu: Guatemalan activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner who joined Marxist guerrilla movement.

Betty Friedan: feminist writer on Girl Scouts' board of directors, best remembered for 1963 book "The Feminine Mystique," primary founder and first president of the National Organization for Women, founder of the National Women's Political Caucus, strong opponent of abortion laws, founder of the National Abortion Rights Action League, or NARAL, active in Marxist circles.

Government Asserts Control over Bank Of America, Without Controling Shares

It appears that the Federal Government's Tyrannical Habit of asserting Control over Private Business is continuing unabated.


According to an Article in the Wall Street Journal, the Government is now "Strongly Suggesting" to the Bank of America whom it should put on it's Board of Directors.

The Bank of America has received $45 Billion of the Government Bailout, but unlike most other Bailout recipients, the Government did not receive Controlling Shares of the Bank in return. Which, according to the Article in the WallStreet Journal, makes this "Suggestion" very "unusual".

The Bank Leaders received the Government's suggestion through the Federal Reserve in a Statement that said:

"that changes in the board would be well received by the federal government"

This Request has the Distinct Taint as if Given by a Monarch, not a Democratically Elected Republic. But this should surprise to no one that has been paying attention, this type of behavior and veiled intimidation has become common behind closed doors over the past several decades.

What should surprise and Concern everyone is that the Federal Government is no longer Pretending to Hide their Threats, they are now doing it right out in the Open. It is no Longer Closed Door, Back Room Negotiations, but Open Front Door Policy. This implies that they no longer care what the People think and Feel that the People have no Power to stop them.

What remains to be seen is Do we Care...and Can we Stop them?

Released Treasury Memos prove Government Is Forcing Control Over Private Sector

According to an Article in Reuters, Treasury Department Memo's released Wednesday prove that the Trend of Forcing Private Business to bend to the Will of the Government using Crisis as an excuse was prevalent in the First Bailout.

The Memos show that under the Past Administration, then U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, in a Meeting with in October of 08 with Bank CEO's said:

"We don't believe it is tenable to opt out because doing so would leave you vulnerable and exposed. If a capital infusion is not appealing, you should be aware your regulator will require it in any circumstance".

Mr. Paulson was not alone at this October meeting, his Co-Hosts that attended this "Intimidation" Session are Current Treasury Secretary Tim Geitner, FDIC Chair Sheila Bair, and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke.

According to the Article, the documents were released with an e-mail that contained an Example of Propaganda that was to be used to try and Dissuade the Public' concern over the Nationalizing of Banks.

This Article just proves my Point about those who are quick to claim that it's either the Democrats or Republicans fault for all of this.....It's Both. This Proves that Obama IS Bush x10.......both are Progressives.....the Difference is Obama is Bush on Speed....

Red Skelton Explains the Pledge of Allegiance

Red Skelton was a T.V. host and Comedian in the 1960's. During his show in 1969, he told a Story to his audience about his Teacher who felt that the Class was beginning to take the Pledge of Allegiance as just Drudgery, and something to be hurried through. So Red's Teacher explained to the Class what the Pledge really Means. Here was the Teacher's Explanation, as Mr. Skelton remembers it:

"Environmentally Friendly" Lightbulb Poisoning Plant Workers

It appears the Same "Green" light Bulbs that we all will be forced to use in a couple of years are poisoning the People making them. The Compact Florescent Light bulbs contain Mercury which has been Proven to cause damage to the nervous system, lungs and kidneys, and a major threat to babies in the womb and young children.

Most of the Compact Florescent Lights bulbs are made in China which varying degrees of Safety. And Due to the Large increase in Demand, China has been forced to reopen Mercury Mines that are more of a Danger to the Environment than the Co2 that the Light bulbs are meant to reduce..... Carefully scoop up glass pieces and powder using stiff paper or cardboard and place them in a glass jar with metal lid (such as a canning jar) or in a sealed plastic bag.
Use sticky tape, such as duct tape, to pick up any remaining small glass fragments and powder.
Wipe the area clean with damp paper towels or disposable wet wipes. Place towels in the glass jar or plastic bag.
Do not use a vacuum or broom to clean up the broken bulb on hard surfaces.

Clean-up Steps for Carpeting or Rug

Carefully pick up glass fragments and place them in a glass jar with metal lid (such as a canning jar) or in a sealed plastic bag.
Use sticky tape, such as duct tape, to pick up any remaining small glass fragments and powder.
If vacuuming is needed after all visible materials are removed, vacuum the area where the bulb was broken.
Remove the vacuum bag (or empty and wipe the canister), and put the bag or vacuum debris in a sealed plastic bag.

Clean-up Steps for Clothing, Bedding and Other Soft Materials

If clothing or bedding materials come in direct contact with broken glass or mercury-containing powder from inside the bulb that may stick to the fabric, the clothing or bedding should be thrown away. Do not wash such clothing or bedding because mercury fragments in the clothing may contaminate the machine and/or pollute sewage.
You can, however, wash clothing or other materials that have been exposed to the mercury vapor from a broken CFL, such as the clothing you are wearing when you cleaned up the broken CFL, as long as that clothing has not come into direct contact with the materials from the broken bulb.
If shoes come into direct contact with broken glass or mercury-containing powder from the bulb, wipe them off with damp paper towels or disposable wet wipes. Place the towels or wipes in a glass jar or plastic bag for disposal.

Disposal of Clean-up Materials

Immediately place all clean-up materials outdoors in a trash container or protected area for the next normal trash pickup.
Wash your hands after disposing of the jars or plastic bags containing clean-up materials.
Check with your local or state government about disposal requirements in your specific area. Some states do not allow such trash disposal. Instead, they require that broken and unbroken mercury-containing bulbs be taken to a local recycling center.

Future Cleaning of Carpeting or Rug: Air Out the Room During and After Vacuuming

The next several times you vacuum, shut off the central forced-air heating/air conditioning system and open a window before vacuuming.
Keep the central heating/air conditioning system shut off and the window open for at least 15 minutes after vacuuming is completed.


It appears that the Mandatory "Green" Light bulb is not sooo "Green".

I woke up this morning, half expecting to see angry people Rioting in the streets, but as I drove to Work in the Erie Stillness it dawned on me........Is the Republic Dead?

The Federal Government yesterday just released a Plan to Dictate How much someone can make, for no Reason, and Today..the only mention of this is on Drudge.....and even then, the Title of the Article Lacks Clarity:

Has that many people forgotten? Has the Education system in America become so inept that most Americans Don't Understand the Constitution? Or are People just so Caught up in their Own Lives and their Own Possessions that Freedom is just a Word to them?

I know there are at Least a Million People who are concerned about what is Happening......But How many Truly Know What is going on?

This Nation was Founded upon Individual Rights, and the Agreement to Suspend SOME of those rights to Protect the Others. But the Intention was Never to Give up ALL of our Rights. It appears we didn't have to Give them All up...they have been taken away.

We now live in a Country that No Longer Believes in Individual Rights, but a Country that Believes in a Dictatorial Mandate. The Voices of Millions of Individuals are being superseded by the Voices of a Few claiming to Speak for the Good of the Whole.

The Constitution was created to form a Government that was Limited in it's Power in order to Give the Maximum Liberty to it's Citizens. The Constitution was meant to be Abided by not only in Good times, but Especially Bad ones. The Founders knew that Power Hungry Men would take advantage of a "Crisis" to assert more control over the masses. It appears their Wisdom, yet again, proved correct.

We Now live in a Country that Allows the Federal Government to dictate to the States and the Individual alike with no Outcry from the Public. We now live in a Country that allows the "Representatives" of the People to intimidate and Persecute those that Disagree with their Tyranny and it goes unnoticed. We Now Live in a Country where the Federal Government Feels it can Decide to Tell It's Citizens How Much Money they Are Going to Make Working for a PRIVATE Company and Yet there is no Public Outcry. We Now Live in a Country Where the Media is No Longer an Un-biased "Watch Dog" but instead has become a Propaganda Machine for the same Tyrants that are Destroying this Great Nation, We Now Live in a Country where the Government is taking over Private Business in order to "save the Free Market System" but yet the Streets are empty, We Now Live in a Country where the Citizens are so Uneducated that they don't even realize that the ones that are Supposed to be Protecting their Freedoms are in fact Destroying them.....

Where is Lady Liberty?? Killed by the Hammer and Cycle?

Have we have lost our Soul...Our Passion for Freedom and Liberty....Our Courage to Stand up to Tyranny?

There is a reason that the Oaths for our Military include:

"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.....

That is why the Reports out of Homeland Security listed Veterans as a Threat to the Federal Government. They know that all of those Brave Men and Woman understand this Oath and what it means......

The Federal Government Knows that those "Representing" the People are Now the Domestic Enemies of the Constitution....and as the Citizens figure that out...there may be quite a Few Veterans that Honor that Oath. That is what the Tyrants in Washington Fear.

But what will set off the Powder Keg? What will be the Issue that causes spontaneous Riots in the Streets and the March on Washington with Tar and Feathers in Hand?

I don't know....It may Never Happen....

I am reminded of a Story about a Woman who asked Benjamin Franklin this Question as he was leaving the last Constitutional Convention in 1787:

“Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”

Benjamin Franklin's replied:

This Will be my last Blog today, I chose to talk about this last because it needs to be Read.

The Federal Government is proposing that they Feel the Need to Dictate the Salaries of AMERICAN CITIZENS in the Financial Sector EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T TAKE BAILOUT MONEY.

This is VERY important....and Dangerous. We have now entered an America that all of us have Truly Feared......the fact that the Government THINKS it CAN DICTATE SALARY TO CITIZENS JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO......Is TYRANNY.

This Opens the Door to National Health Care by ALLOWING the GOVERNMENT to DICTATE the SALARY OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS....And they hope to have National Health care Passed by JULY.

This Tyranny WILL SPREAD TO ALL IF NOT STOPPED. If they Feel they can Dictate Salary to those in the Financial Sector JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO...then YOU ARE NEXT.

THIS IS COMMUNISM. HERE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE......

Ladies and Gentlemen.....and Government Watchdogs... THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND. This MUST be your Attitude. WE CAN NOT ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO CONTINUE TO TAKE AWAY OUR LIBERTIES.

Hello to The Government Watchdog...Nice to See You Care.

Ever since the reports that came out of Home Land Security about "Extremists" I have noticed a Trend.

There is a Program through Google that can Track the Country, State and city of origin, Browser used, Pages looked at and for how long, and even if someone came Directly or was refereed through a Different Website, etc...etc.. to my Blog. It stops short of giving me your name and address. It's called Analytics. It's used to track visitor Trends and to help in Marketing....but I have discovered another use....Tracking what appears to be Government "WatchDogs".

I have noticed coming Straight out of Washington D.C. several "visitors" that seem to be odd. Now I do get hits out of the District of Columbia that are actually people, but these other "Visitors" just don't seem quite right.

First these "Visits" started right after the 2nd "Extremist" Report was released and right before the Tax Day Tea Party. The only Article that these "Visitors" appear to be interested in is The "Tea Party Militia" Article that describes the Group and the Oath you know the one people have been adding their Names or Initials to the Comment Section after they take the Oath.

This is the ONLY city in the WORLD that has this many Hits that are looking ONLY at the Tea Party Militia Article.

So either there are a Bunch of Tea Party Militia Members in Washington D.C. (which I am unaware of Any) ..

OR the "Extremist" Report was not Bogus....it IS being used.

OR I could just be a Paranoid Nut Job.....you Decide.

Move to Nationalize Community Banks

Geithner released a Statement today that the "Repaid" Funds from the larger Bank "Bailouts" will be used to "Bailout" small Community Banks. That is IF the Government allows the Big banks to Re-Pay. As we have seen in the past, "Bailouts" translate into the Government having Controlling Interest in what ever Business they "Bailout". When the Government runs a Private Corporation it is now Nationalized.

So it appears that the Government "Stress Tests" on the Big Banks didn't quite accomplish what the Government had hoped. They were hoping that the Big Banks would just roll over and allow themselves to be Nationalized. But Most of the 10 National Banks that "failed" Government "Stress Tests" are fighting back. The Strategy of being able to control all of the Banks through the Larger ones isn't going to work as well as they planned. So they must now go to Plan B.

Plan B is to "Offer" more "Bailout" money to the Smaller Banks all across the Nation. But most of these Banks say they are fine and don't require a "Bailout." But this won't do, so Expect to see new Government "Stress Tests" for all of the Smaller Banks. Geithner figures that since they had trouble "Intimidating" the large banks, that they will probably have more success "Intimidating" smaller ones. Expect many to fail the "Stress Test" and many to be "Bailed Out"...probably accompanied with intimidation....

This is so that they can Change the Financial Sector from the inside, Control the Banks and to make sure that the Banks don't Pressure Congress to NOT attempt new Financial Regulations. WHEN YOU CONTROL THE MONEY YOU CONTROL EVERYTHING.

The Government just said today that they are introducing New Financial Regulations and hope to get them passed while, as Geitner put it:

"memory of the damage of the crisis is still acute"



There is that Government Motto again.....

What Happened to the Promise of No Tax Increases for Those Making less than $250,000 ?

It appears we are going to have another President that is going to "Read My Lips".....and Raise Taxes on those they Promised not to...

First it started with the raising of the Cigarette Tax that raised Taxes on everyone from the Wealthy to the Very Poor.

Yesterday the Senate was discussing creating a Tax on Soda and other Sugary Drinks in order to Pay for National Health care. They claim that this really isn't so much a Tax as much as a move by the Government to Force you to make Healthier Choices..... Since it appears you can't do it yourself..... But the Senate wasn't done with their Tyrannical Ideas....

Today the Senators are Discussing a Bill that Will Create a New Income Tax on Employer Provided Health care....to help pay for National Health care. Employer Provided Health care is considered a part of a person's Salary but is not subject to Income Tax. The Senate wishes to Change that....This will Effect mainly the hard working, MIDDLE CLASS.... The same ones that make less that $250,000...and the ones that President Obama Promised no to raise taxes on.

Yesterday there was a New "Crisis" that smells to much like the "WMD" argument. The Government is now Claiming that Social Security and Medicare is going to Go "broke" and the President Needs to Act now......

Gee this "Crisis Tactic" sounds all too familiar with this "Chicken Little " Administration.

This morning some Politicians are using this New "Crisis" as an excuse to push National Health care. They Realize many of the Elderly are not happy with the Direction of the Country and this is a tactic that they are using to "Force" elderly support for the President's increase in Social Programs.

But if what the President said was True about the economy Getting better in 2009 and 2010, then why is Action required at all? It isn't... Either way, it' s all Political B.S. Because the report about Social Security Assumes that the Economy is going to be the SAME or Worse from here on out and doesn't take into account the Future Growth and Future Income from that growth. So Either the President is Lying or the Social Security/ Medicare report is Lying..take your pick since both work for the Federal Government.

This is just the same pattern that has been emerging from the Federal Government of using "Intimidation" to force their will upon States and Citizens alike. From Threatening to ruin the Creditors of Chrysler to the Threat of withholding "Stimulus" money from California, this Social Security Report is a veiled threat to those that Benefit from these services that if they don't get behind the President's Tax increases and Health care "reform" , then maybe these "Services" will disappear.

These New Taxes will be hitting home sooner rather than later, because Today the President told Congress he wants to "Reform Health care" by July. So the New Taxes will probably be Hidden in that Bill.

History has shown that Government's that are Socialist/Communist and provide such programs ultimately Go Broke and provide substandard Services while in essence enslaving their Citizens.

This Disturbing Trend to Want to Tax Everything under the Sun in order to support the Gigantic Increase in the Size of the Federal Government has to be Stopped.

Because I would Hate to see the President, yet again, break his Promise to the People.....

And I really don't want to see the Cartoons of Obama as Bush #1 with his hands in the Air saying...

Austrailian Scientist Says "Swine Flu" May be an Escaped Man Made Virus

One of the Scientists that helped create Tama-Flu has released a Report Yesterday saying that after studying the origins of the "Swine Flu", the most likely explanation for the Outbreak is that the Flu is a Man Made Virus that escaped from a Lab.

The American Center of Disease Control (CDC) is denying the Claim in the Australian Scientist's Report but the World Health Organization is starting an investigation into the Allegations.

When this "Swine Flu" first was discovered, I wrote a blog that suggested this outbreak just didn't feel right. My Feelings were based on a CNN story that broke a few Days before the "Swine Flu" Outbreak made the News, a Military Facility in Maryland suddenly realized that they were missing 3 Vials of Flu Like Virus. The Military Claimed the Virus was Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis Virus and that they were not sure when it exactly went missing since the last time anyone had looked for these Vials was before the invention of Computers. The Symptoms of the "Swine Flu" are very similar to the Description of the Symptoms of the missing Military Virus. Who is to say what was really in those vials? The Military is not in the Habit of admitting when there is a major FUBAR or the True Details of it..... So the Chances of the Virus in those missing Vials not being the Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis but a Man Made Military Experiment are very, very, high.

But as I discussed with a reader before, the Public is not hearing the Whole Truth about this Virus and I suggested they keep an Eye on it, since it will get worse. A story in the New York Times that came out Yesterday backs up my advice.

According to the New York Times Article, the "Swine Flu" is now mutating itself so that those suffering from the Virus are not Registering a Fever. Even those Hospitalized are beginning to lack the most common Flu symptom of a High Fever.

At the First sign of the outbreak it was not uncommon for those infected to register Fevers of 104 Degrees. But it appears now that several Newly infected patients are showing minimal Signs of Flu with the main symptoms being Extreme Fatigue and a Cough. But the Main danger of Fast Acting Phenomena is still a reality, which is what has been the Killer aspect of the"Swine Flu."

This new development is disturbing to Doctors since many Countries relied on the High Fever to help Screen People coming into a Country and Visually Diagnose possiblyNewly infected. This new Mutated Virus will make it much more difficult to detect and Contain. This will also make it more difficult for People to Self-Diagnose and realize when to seek Treatment, which may lead to more Deaths.

The CDC released a Statement that since the Virus is Spreading too fast and no longer able to Track those infected so they are now concentrating their efforts on what they Fear will Happen in the fall. The Emergence of a "Swine Flu" Mutated Pandemic that will quickly spread world wide with nothing to keep it at bay.

If the "Swine Flu" is a Man Made Virus...we will probably never know. But the fact that it is Mutating means we are far from being out of the Pandemic woods.....Yet.

Many States Introducing State Sovereignty Resolutions

Since the beginning of the year, State Sovereignty Resolutions have been introduced in at least 34 States.

Out of 34 Resolutions 7 passed at least one State House, 4 passed in both State Houses, 3 outright failed and the other 2o are either sitting in Committee, Public Hearing or inactive.

First Cigarettes.......Now Soda

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Senate is looking to create a New tax on Soda and other Sugary Drinks in order to help pay for National Health care.

The President's Plan to "Overhaul" (Nationalize) the U.S. Health Care system will cost an estimated $1.2 Trillion Dollars just to get it started. That doesn't even come close to actual cost of maintaining it every year. Out of the $1.2 Trillion Dollars, the President has less than half that amount available. The Revenue collected from the Proposed Soda Tax wouldn't put a Scratch in the funds need to "Overhaul" let alone run a National Health care system.

The Product that would be subject to the New Tax would be:

"soda, certain fruit drinks, energy drinks, sports drinks and ready-to-drink teas"

The Government knows that the Tax won't amount to much Revenue, but they admit that it is really a move to Force people to make Healthier Choices in their Beverages. Considering that with a National Health care System the Government will decide who is covered and who is not, and Obesity or other Supposedly Sugar based "Disease" may be considered a pre-requisite for the denial of Treatment if the Citizen doesn't follow the Government's Suggested Dietary Plan.

Basically the Government feels that if they are paying for your Health care, they have the Right to Dictate your Health Choices, or Deny you Coverage. Sounds alot like Cap and Trade for your Belly.....maybe the Government will Let us buy $10 "Sugar Credits" so that we can still drink a Coke that costs $5 after taxes.

The Tax would be similar to the tax on Cigarettes. Because the Government Claims that Sugary Foods and Smoking cause a large part of the Health Industries Medical Problems and rise in Costs. But the Government fails to mention the fact that Millions of uninsured Illegals utilizing the Emergency Rooms for their Primary Care cause a Much larger increase in Health Care Costs, since the Patients that Pay have to Cover the Costs of those that don't.

According to the President, this is another Crisis that can only be solved by the Federal Government when he is quoted as saying:

"When it comes to health-care spending, we are on an unsustainable course that threatens the financial stability of families, businesses and government itself,"

Qunicy Illinois Tea Party Organizer Allowed to Speak

According to the Quincy News, Monday night Steve McQueen, Local Tea party Organizer, was finally allowed to Speak in front of the City Council. The Vote was 13-1 in favor with only one Die Hard, Alderman Steve Duesterhaus.

Mr. Duesterhaus was the original instigator for the Push to deny Mr. McQueen's right to Speak last week at the Quincy Illinois City Council. Mr. Duesterhaus claimed that Mr. McQueen had enough opportunities already to speak on the matter of the recently passed budget.

The Other citizen that requested to Speak Monday night was Mr. Hrudicka. The vote was unanimous in allowing him to address the City Council.

It appears that the City Council got the Message as Thousands of Angry Citizens called and e-mailed the Council after the First Denial of Mr McQueen's First Amendment Rights. All except Mr. Duesterhaus, it appears he is taking it personally....or Politically.

The American Family Association has declared that they are assisting to keep the Grass Roots movement alive by sponsoring at least 636 Nation Wide "Freedom Day" Tea Parties.

They are encouraging people to organize in their home town on July 4th and meet at the "City Hall" around Noon that day. There is a Place on the Website for people who wish to organize their own "Freedom Day" Tea Party or volunteer to help.

They are also suggesting that People bring their cell phones and call their Representatives and the President on the day during the Protest.

Currently the St. Louis Tea Party organization has yet to announce a location for their 4th of July Tea Party, because of the logistics of finding a location in which they can fit Tens of Thousands of people.

States Rights Fight Spreads to Utah

It appears that the movement for States to reassert their Rights is spreading. Utah is now planning to push forward a Bill to Reassert their Sovereignty and to Nullify Federal Gun Laws on Firearms that are made and kept in the State of Utah.

This appears to be a trend that started in Texas, then Spread to Oklahoma, Montana and now Utah. There are supposedly similar legislation that is being considered in Several Other States.

The Bill in Utah was put forward by State Representative Carl Weimmer. Mr. Weimmer also is organizing a Group called the "Patrick Henry Caucus." This Organization will try to be a rallying point for other State Legislatures all across the United States who wish to Stand up to an ever increasing Federal Government.

In an Article in World Net Daily Mr Weimmer is quoted as saying:

"I looked at my three kids and I thought that I don't want to have to stand before them when they grow up and explain to them that their dad did not do more to fight to defend their liberty and freedom," he said.

"So, I decided that if I was walking around with a knot in my stomach about what was going on with our liberty and freedom, then I know other state legislators are feeling this way around the country," he said."

Mr Weimmer hopes to form a Patrick Henry Caucus chapter in every State for Legislators that wish to move forward with a Concerted Effort to form a united Front in the Fight for States Rights as is allowed under the Constitution.

For those Readers that are not aware of History, Patrick Henry was a lawyer and a Patriot who was born in Virginia in 1736. Patrick Henry Grew to be an important Part in the Foundation of the United States. But what Patrick Henry is mostly remembered for is a Speech he gave in March of 1775, encouraging every Citizen to arm themselves in preparation for the Defense of their Liberties and ended his speech with these famous words:

"I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death."

Mr. Weimmer hopes that by invoking the name of the famous Orator, Patrick Henry, it may help to spurn a new push for the Protection of our Liberties and the Rights of the States, through his new organization.

Mr. Weimmer claims that he hopes to have the Legislation ready by 2010, when the Utah Legislature reconvenes.

Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District To Charge for "Impervious Areas" on Private Property

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) has Discovered a Creative New way to Charge the Citizens of St. Louis. MSD has decided to create a Storm Water User Charge based on the Water Run Off from their Property. At the Beginning of the Year MSD has begun Charging Citizens for areas of their Property that will not absorb Water or as they have labeled it "Impervious Areas" that encourage Run Off.

According to MSD these "Impervious Areas" include:

"Bridges, driveways, outbuildings, parking, patios, private sidewalks, recreation courts, sheds, structures, tanks, and private roads"

MSD will Calculate the Amount of Square Footage of "Impervious Area" per Private Property and Charge a Rate Per Square Foot. The way they calculate the Square Footage of "Impervious Area" is explained in the Pictures Below:

The Picture Above is an Example of a Normal Home in a St. Louis Subdivision.

The Highlighted Areas Above are the Sections that are considered "Impervious" by the MSD.

This Above Picture shows the Calculated Square Footage of each "Impervious Area" to be Charged. As you can see, they at least left the Swing set alone, but if it would have been a Playhouse with a Floor it may be considered an "Impervious Area".

Think if you live in an Apartment, own a Parking Lot or have Well Water that you would not be subject to Water Runoff Charges? Think again.....According to the MSD website:

"If a property does not have a water service line or the water service line is inactive -- the monthly bill will be for stormwater user charges only. For example, a parking lot or a building with discontinued water service would be billed for stormwater user charges only.

In some cases, the MSD bill may be for Wastewater Charges only:

1. For example, if a condominium unit has a water line that serves only the single unit, an MSD bill for wastewater charges would be issued to the unit owner.

2. The unit owner's bill may or may not include a stormwater user charge.

3. The stormwater user charge may be issued to the condominium association for the impervious area in the entire complex if multiple condominium units are under one roof or if the complex includes common ground."

The Good News, if that is what you can call it, is if you live near a River or Stream and the Water Runoff flows directly into it, you may be allowed to have Storm Water Credit since you are not utilizing the MSD Sewers. So... as long as your Home is close enough to a River to get Flooded, you get Credit. Gee .....what a Bargain......

The Charge Per Square Foot is not a Large amount, but this opens up new and interesting ways other Municipalities can utilize an Irrational Reason to Charge their Citizens more and in essence Create an Improvement Tax. If you have Improvements on your Property, that don't absorb water on the Surface, then you will be Charged for it. Forget the Fact that the Dirt is under the 3 inches of "Impervious Area" and that water still gets under it and is absorbed, but the Fact that the Surface isn't made of Sponge Bob Square Pants makes it ok to Charge you, according to MSD.

Hell.... I am surprised they didn't call it a "Green" Charge, since you are covering up mother Earth with silly things like Driveways and Houses.

So if you live in the area that is Effected by the MSD Storm Water User Charge, maybe you can save a little money and replace your concrete Driveway with Dirt.

Or just rip down all of your "Impervious Area" and live in a Tent.......

Bill to Allow Attorney General to Deny Firearms to People "Suspected" of being "Dangerous"

There is a Bill called H.R. 2159 also known as the:

"Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act."

This Bill was sponsored by Republican Peter King from New York and according to the Text this Bill is to:

"increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist."

Here is actual Text from the Bill:

‘The Attorney General may deny the transfer of a firearm pursuant to section 922(t)(1)(B)(ii) if the Attorney General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.’;


Now call me crazy, but if a Person is a Known Dangerous Terrorist.....shouldn't that person be Locked up? Why is it important to Deny this type of person a Firearm Legally when he will probably get one Illegally if he needs one? Does that make any sense?

In the State of Missouri, to buy a Firearm, they call the FBI right then and there in front of you to verify if you have any outstanding warrants and to notify the FBI what it is you are purchasing....So if a "Known Terrorist" was trying to legally purchase a Gun.......THEY WOULD ARREST HIM since the Gun Store has to call the FBI anyway already...which makes the motivations behind this Bill suspect.

Now we have recently just had 3 separate Reports from Homeland Security that have called several Million Law Abiding, American Citizens "Domestic Terrorist's" or "suspected dangers to the United States Government" due to their Beliefs about Taxes, Third Party Affiliations, Anti-Abortionist Stance, Militia Associations, Conservative Blogging, believe your a defender of the Constitution, a supporter of the 2nd Amendment, etc..etc...

So could this be the Real Motivation for this Bill? To allow the Attorney General to deny those with Different Opinions from those in Power the Right to Bear Arms? I can Honestly See No Other Reason for such a Bill. Before you say I am a Nut, there is something else in this Bill.

There is a Process in this Bill that will allow someone to petition the Attorney General to get an EXEMPTION from this possible Future Law. Now Why, if this Bill is to Stop Terrorists, WHY would there be a need to allow someone to get an EXEMPTION? Unless they already know that the target of this Bill is AMERICAN CITIZENS. I mean, what would a Foreign Terrorist Care for our Laws anyway, especially a known Terrorist?

Under this Bill just owning a Gun could be Construed as arming yourself for a Future Terrorist act against the Government. Especially if you are apart of a Legal State Militia or just "Perceived" as belonging to one.

There is something just not right about this Bill.........and the motivations behind it.

Tea Party Organizer in Quincy Illinois Placed on City Council Agenda

According to the Quincy News, the Request by Illinois Resident Steve McQueen to Speak at the City Council has been placed on the May 11th City Council Agenda.

This is the Second Request by Mr. McQueen after the City Council First Denied him a chance to speak on a recently passed City Budget last week. Steve McQueen was one of the Organizers for the Quincy Tax Day Tea Party, and some speculate that this may have fueled the Council's No Vote on allowing Mr. McQueen to speak. That Denial sparked an immediate Response by Tea Party Members from across the Nation which manifested in Thousands of E-mails and Hundreds of angry Phone calls.

If the Council allows him to Speak is still undecided, but it appears, according to the City Agenda, that they will have another Irate Citizen wishing to Speak.

Government Does Not Require a Warrant to Track Your Car With GPS

I was Reading an Article in the Chicago Tribune that describes a Court in Wisconsin's ruling that Law enforcement does not require a Warrant to Track citizens with a GPS Device. To read that Article Go To:

After digesting this article I decided that further investigation into Federal Law on GPS tracking was needed, and what I found is very, very disturbing.

On the Homeland Security Website I found several Reports on GPS tracking and it's uses in pertaining to "Bad Guys." But the Report I am going to reference is the one Titled:

Tracking Bad Guys: Legal Considerations in Using GPS

According to this Report, the Federal Government Law Enforcement Authorities DO NOT require a Warrant to implant a GPS tracking Device on YOUR Vehicle as long as it is in a Public Place. Here is the exact text from the Report:


"When installing the technology, Fourth Amendment consideration arise if officers need to intrude into an area where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy.With such installations, the Fourth Amendment applies and the officers will need a warrant. If not, a warrant is not required.

This means if the FBI/Home Land Security wants to attach a GPS tracking Device to YOUR CAR they can't do it in your Garage without a Warrant. But if you go to the Grocery Store, Park YOUR Car on the Public Street In Front of YOUR House or any other Public Place, your car is Fair Game WITHOUT a Warrant.

But the Report also discusses the legality of Tracking that Warrant less GPS device:

"Not only do Fourth Amendment privacy expectations apply to the installation of GPS devices on vehicles but tracking the vehicle once the device is installed also may require a warrant. In a case involving radio frequency (RF) tracking, the U.S. Supreme Court has held that the Fourth Amendment warrant requirement is not triggered if the vehicle is tracked in public places, which include all public roads and highways. If the Tracking will be done in an area where there is a privacy expectation, however, a warrant is required."

The Homeland Security report seems to admit that this may be bending the Rules a Bit, but until the Issue comes in front of the Supreme Court, it's Fair Game. Here is the Exact Text:


"However,GPS is more intrusive than RF tracking because of GPS ’ ability to capture greater detail. Also,unlike much RF tracking technology, GPS can be placed on a vehicle and the data retrieved many days or weeks later. Based on these differences, as well as the prevalence of GPS tracking and the uncertainty of state laws,the issue may reach the Supreme Court in the next few years."

"While the RF tracking analogy would appear to indicate that the Court will uphold warrant less GPS tracking in public places,it is difficult to accurately predict how the Supreme Court will rule. "


So the Author is saying that the Local Courts will probably not see a problem with the Warrant less GPS Tracking, but the Author is not sure if the Supreme Court won't see this as a Violation of a Citizen's Privacy as described under the 4th Amendment.

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more then a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motor) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a "freeman" whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is.

The world will only snicker.

Law Abiding American Citizen Stopped by Police for Gadsden Flag Sticker

According to Dr. Archie Jones on the American Vision Website, a Man was stopped by Police in Ball, Louisiana for Displaying a "Don't Tread on Me" Bumper sticker. The Police detained the Man for 30 minutes in order to run a background check to see if he was connected to any known "Extremist" organizations. His background check came back clean and he was allowed to go on his way, but not before the Police warned him of the "Subversive Nature" of his Bumper Sticker.

This behavior from the Police Department has been spawned by the release of at least 3 Home Land Security Reports listing American Citizens that Display the Gadsden Flag as "Domestic Terrorists". The List also include Anti-Tax supporters, Bloggers, Anti-Abortionists, and Christians as well as others. What is also surprising about this Police detainment is that Supposedly Home Land Security has retracted all 3 reports claiming that they were never meant to be released and have never or ever will be in "Operational Use." It appears they were wrong.

After one Report was conveniently released right before the April 15th Tax Day Tea Party, many Tea Party Members across the Nation Spontaneously adopted the Gadsden Flag as their Banner.
Many are taking it to heart and placing Gadsden Stickers on their Vehicles, like the Man in Louisiana. But this is the First report that a Law Abiding U.S. Citizen has been detained because of it. Will it be the last?

The story of the Gadsden Flag is Steeped in the History of the American Revolution. According to Gadsden.info :

"By 1775, the snake symbol wasn't just being printed in newspapers. It was appearing all over the colonies: on uniform buttons, on paper money, and of course, on banners and flags.

The snake symbol morphed quite a bit during its rapid, widespread adoption. It wasn't cut up into pieces anymore. And it was usually shown as an American timber rattlesnake, not a generic serpent.

We don't know for certain where, when, or by whom the familiar coiled rattlesnake was first used with the warning "Don't Tread on Me."

We do know when it first entered the history books.

In the fall of 1775, the British were occupying Boston and the young Continental Army was holed up in Cambridge, woefully short on arms and ammunition. At the Battle of Bunker Hill, Washington's troops had been so low on gunpowder that they were ordered "not to fire until you see the whites of their eyes."

In October, a merchant ship called The Black Prince returned to Philadelphia from a voyage to England. On board were private letters to the Second Continental Congress that informed them that the British government was sending two ships to America loaded with arms and gunpowder for the British troops.

Congress decided that General Washington needed those arms more than the British. A plan was hatched to capture the cargo ships. They authorized the creation of a Continental Navy, starting with four ships. The frigate that carried the information from England, the Black Prince, was one of the four. It was purchased, converted to a man-of-war, and renamed the Alfred.

To accompany the Navy on their first mission, Congress also authorized the mustering of five companies of Marines. The Alfred and its sailors and marines went on to achieve some of the most notable victories of the American Revolution. But that's not the story we're interested in here.

What's particularly interesting for us is that some of the Marines that enlisted that month in Philadelphia were carrying drums painted yellow, emblazoned with a fierce rattlesnake, coiled and ready to strike, with thirteen rattles, and sporting the motto "Don't Tread on Me.""

Maybe the Fear the U.S. Government has is as Washington continues it's Tyrannical behavior the American Citizens will learn the True Patriotic Nature of the Flag and Like President Obama during his trip to Arnold Missouri, suddenly notice a Sea of Yellow as far as the eye can see....

If more reports of this of inexcusable behavior surface........that Fear may very well become Reality.

Quincy Illinois Tea Party Organizer Asks Again To Speak at City Council Meeting

According to an Article in the Quincy News, Steve McQueen a Tea Party Organizer that was denied to speak in front of the City Council this week, has re-applied to have his First Amendment Rights Honored.

It appears that after the First Denial to allow Mr. McQueen to Speak by the Quincy Illinois City Council, the News Story went Viral and took on a Life of it's own.

As Tea Party Members from all over the Nation were informed of the Outrage, the Quincy Illinois City Council Members were Flooded with Calls to the Point that the Voice Mail was all that was left to answer the Phone by Mid-Afternoon.

Also according to the Quincy News, their Website Traffic increased in one Day, to the amount they usually receive in a Month. As well as the Editor's E-mail having been Flooded with Messages of Outrage at the City Council and Support for Mr. McQueen.

If the City Council will amend it's First Ruling and Allow Mr. McQueen his Voice, yet remains to be seen.

If not...I hope they enjoy the sound of a Ringing telephone.......and the onslaught of Several Thousand E-mails....

Proposed Cyber Bullying Law Could Prosecute Bloggers..for Blogging

Today I had a Family Emergency, which is why I did not delve into the World of the News to see what the Socialists are doing to screw things up. Not to worry, everything is fine, my Child was sick and doesn't have the Swine Flu..just a sinus Infection. This may happen time to time...My Apologies....My Staff was out today..lol

That out of the way....On to the News/ Opinion/ Babbling...lol

There is a Bill called H.R. 1966 that is in Congress. Also called the Cyber-Bullying Bill. The Language of this Bill is so vague, it could easily be misinterpreted to punish anyone that criticise anyone Else on the web.....which would basically be shutting down all Blogs.


The Bill is Short, which for Washington is a miracle, but the Language is as Follows:

Sec. 881. Cyberbullying

`(a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

`(b) As used in this section--

`(1) the term `communication' means the electronic transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user's choosing, without change in the form or content of the information as sent and received; and

`(2) the term `electronic means' means any equipment dependent on electrical power to access an information service, including email, instant messaging, blogs, websites, telephones, and text messages.'.

(b) Clerical Amendment- The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 41 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new item:

Gotta Love Progressives. They seem to want to Outlaw All Emotion...just to Destroy Free Speech any way they can...

New Marching Orders for the Administrations' Internet Army

As any good "Extremist", I believe in holding your Friends Close and Your Opponents Closer. ( I know it is Enemies..but we just disagree on Policy and we are not "Officially' enemies.) So in that Spirit I signed up for the Administrations E-mails as a Supporter. I just recently received a New Obama Action E-mail and thought you would like a Peak into the other Side's camp:

What's funny about this is that they sent out Millions of e-mails to supposed Supporters calling for support of the Budget and all they got was a Couple Hundred Thousand. Wow....huge turnout.

The Tea Parties weren't organized by a big bad Political party and we had a Million turn out on Tax Day...Gee Imagine how many we would have if we really tried.

*UPDATE* 5/6/09 1:00 p.m. Central : Montana Governor to Sign Bill Nullifying Federal Firearms Bans

I just heard on Glenn Beck, but cannot confirm, that today the Governor of Montana is going to Sign Legislation that effectively nullifies All Federal Firearms Bans for Guns made and kept in the State of Montana.

It was also stated that the Governor of Montana, a Libertarian Democrat, is prepared to tell the Federal Government that if they don't like it, the State is Prepared to Secede from the Union.

As soon as I can Confirm and verify this information, I will update this Post.

According to the Montana Legislature website The Bill H.B. 246 titled:

AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM FEDERAL REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE CLAUSE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES A FIREARM, A FIREARM ACCESSORY, OR AMMUNITION MANUFACTURED AND RETAINED IN MONTANA; AND PROVIDING AN APPLICABILITY DATE.

Was signed into law on April 14, 2009.

This Bill basically says that the Federal Government, under the Constitution, does not have the right to Regulate Firearms and the manufacture of Firearms in the State of Montana under the United States Commerce Clause. If a Firearm, Ammo, or a Firearms accessory is Built in Montana and is intended to be used in the State, it is not subject to Federal Law. This Bill does not allow the Manufacture of Fully-Automatic Firearms in the State.

Oklahoma House of Representatives Pass Resolution to Declare State Sovereignty: Tells Federal Government to "Cease and Desist" UnConstitutional Powers

According to an Article in NewsOK, an Oklahoman News Paper, the Oklahoma House of Representatives just passed legislation that will declare the Sovereignty of the State, citing the 10th Amendment.

The 10th Amendment States:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Similar Legislation was just vetoed by the State's Governor 10 days ago. So in reaction to that Veto, the House passed a Bill that will not require the Governor's Signature.

Charles Key, a Republican and the author of the New Bill, is quoted as saying:

"We’re going to get it done one way or the other, I think our governor is out of step.”

Mr Key claims the Resolution will pass in the Oklahoma Senate.

This Resolution states among other things that:

" the federal government should "cease and desist” mandates that are beyond the scope of its powers."

If this passes it may be the First in a Long Line of States to Declare such a Resolution.

Just recently there has been a Fight in the Texas Legislature to Pass a Similar Resolution, but is being held up by Texas Democrats.

This may very well be the beginning of the Division of the Country one State at a Time.....

Only Time Will Tell.

The Author is supposedly Giving us a look at a Small Happening inside the Negotiations with Chrysler's Debtors and the Government, and also why the Bankruptcy that was introduced by the President is Illegal.

Now read the Article several Times, the Author is Employed in the Financial Sector and this was written to be read by people in the Industry, not the General Public. It is a Good Read, and reinforces my point that we are dealing with Tyranny in the Federal Government.

There has been a New Article in the Washington Examiner that is relevant to the Story above.

The Washington Examiner puts a new point of View on the Bankruptcy Proceedings of Chrysler, one that I failed to notice.

According to the Article, the Federal Government is attempting to "Redistribute Property" from the Secured Creditors to the Unions. The Unions spent $80 million on independent broadcast advertising, mail and internal advocacy to help elect Pro-Union or defeat Anti-Union federal candidates. So it comes as no surprise that the Unions would be treated so well by the Administration.

Bank Stress Tests Force Government Control of possibly 10 Biggest Banks in the U.S.

As I Blogged before, the Bank Stress Tests are just a way for the Government to Gain Control of the Biggest American Banks without anyone Complaining.

The Government feels that the Average everyday Joe Shmoe is too dumb to realize what is actually going on. So for us Average Dumb Shoe Smoes....here is a quick heads up on the Situation.

The Government/Fed Bank Stress Tests are Imaginary. They were created to Test the 19 Largest banks to see if they have enough Money to survive a harsher economic downturn. The parameters that the Government/Fed are using to determine what Bank may fail are not Being Disclosed to the Public. But they went ahead anyway.

Recently the "Stress Tests" have been completed. The Official Number that need to Raise Capital are now 10, originally right after the Tests were done it was 6.

Has it dawned on anyone Why at the beginning of last Week the number of Banks that needed Help was only 6? Then Suddenly it jumped to 8 and Now it's 10? The 6 number was announced AFTER the Stress Tests had already been completed, so then why the Jump?

Because between the announcement of the completed Tests and now one thing happened. The Government/Fed met with the Heads of the Banks that were "Stress Tested" BEFORE the results went Public. I am willing to bet that 6 of the Banks already told the Government/Fed to Go Screw themselves before the Test was complete, and 4 more Rebelled during the Meeting with the Government/Fed. Hence the Change in the Number. This is Blackmail Pure and Simple, for the sake of a Power Grab.

If the Government gets control of enough of the Largest Financial Institutions in the Nation, then the "Changes" to the "American Global Financial System" that the President Promised the G20 will be more easily executed from the Inside, rather than having to write Legislation and go through Congress. This way the Moves appears to be "helping the Banks" instead of what is really happening, the Government taking over the American Financial System from the Top.

Think I am Nuts? Well here is the last 2 paragraphs in an Article in Bloomberg:

"For banks that need to deepen their reliance on government capital after the stress tests, officials may set limits on their dividends and political lobbying. While it’s unlikely to influence day-to-day operations, the government won’t be a “hands-off” investor and will take steps to ensure that management is “effective,” Bernanke told lawmakers yesterday.

“It’s obviously not our intention or desire to have long- term government ownership of banks,” Bernanke said at the congressional Joint Economic Committee. Still, he added that it would likely be a “few years” before banks can end their dependence on government capital. "


Earlier in the Week there was an Article on Drudge that said Citi-bank was going to Challenge the Legality of the Stress Tests.... Odd that the Article quickly Disappeared and Suddenly after the "meeting" with the Fed, Citi-Bank is Now going to accept Government Takeover Money.

Wow...what a Turnaround in attitude. Also the Heads of the Banks that supposedly Failed the Stress test are not Commenting on the Meeting or the Results of the Stress Test.

Funny...seems like they were Threatened to keep their mouths shut, just like that Lawyer's Clients that complained about the President's Plan for Chrysler.

In the Bloombeg Article it also Mentions that the Government/Fed is making it harder for Banks to repay their TARP loans, even if the Banks don't need the money. According to the Article the Government will make Banks:

" apply to the Treasury and secure permission from their bank supervisor in order to pay back the government."

Hold on......Do I have to call up my Mortgage Company to ASK PERMISSION IF I can pay back my Home Loan??? This is Nuts....

The Reason behind this is so that the Government can retain Control over the Banks it wants so that they can change the Financial System from the Inside instead of going through the Congress to make new Regulations.

Besides...every Good Dictator knows if you Control the MONEY you control the POWER.
